자궁출혈인 경우 부인질환이 악화되면 자궁출혈을 일으키는 경우가 있다. 자궁출혈은 여러 가지 원인에서 일어나지만, 아무튼 출혈을 빨리 그치게 해야 한다. 심정방과 A5, B3에 오복침을 놓으면 지혈작용이 우수하다. 심한 경우는 며칠을 계속 자침 한다. 냄새가 심할 때도 효과반응이 있다. 또는 A1·4·6·8·12·16에서암뜸을 5장 정도 씩 떠도 효과반응이 좋다.
