깨어진 사람 하나님은 화려한 사람을 찾지 않으신다. 유창한 사람에게 의존하지도 않으신다. 세상에 복음을 전하기 위해 유능한 성도만을 쓰시지도 않으신다. 하나님은 깨어진 사람을 찾으신다. 주님의 십자가의 빛 안에서 자신의 어떠함을 본 사람을 찾으신다. 하나님이 어떤 일을 이루기 원하실 때는, 자기 자신에게는 소망이 없음을 알고 자신을 신뢰하지 않으며, 오직 하나님만을 자기의 자신감으로 삼는 사람을 취하신다. - 아이런 사이드 God isn't looking for brilliant men and women, nor is He depending upon eloquent men and women, nor is He determined to use only talented Christians in sending His Gospel out into the world. God is looking for broken people, for those who have judged themselves in the light of the cross of Christ.
