
It turns out that a morning run won't just keep you fit,
it may also reduce your risk for stroke. A recent study
in Finland found that participants who reported high levels of leisure-time physical activity, such as running,
swimming or heavy gardening, lowered their risk of stroke by 26%. Those who participated in moderate activity, such as walking or biking, reduced their risk by 14%.
