 영국인들은 call외에도 give me a call, ring me, phone me 등을 많이 쓰는데, 이 표현들은 영국뿐만 아니라, 미국에서도 자주 쓰는 표현이므로 꼭 알아두어야 한다..

A: Is it your new mobile phone?  Looks great!

B: Yeah. I just bought it yesterday.

A: Can you tell me your new number, then?

B: I'll just give you a ring and then save that number. OK?

A: 이거 새로 산 휴대전화야? 좋아 보인다.

B: 응, 어제 샀어.

A: 그럼 새 번호 좀 알려줄래?

B: 내가 전화할테니까 번호를 저장해. 됐지?
