형님이 티벳독립을 위한 저의 아이디어에 대해서 규모있는 단체에서 진행해야

그나마 성공가능성이 있다는 조언을 듣고 미국 CIA와 엠네스티 인터네셔널에 이메일을 보냈습니다.

그 중에 엠네스티 인터네셔널에 보낸 서한을 공개하면 다음과 같습니다.

사실, 티벳독립은 내정간섭의 소지가 있어서 직접 접근하기에 좀 어려운 면이 있습니다.  

요지는 올릭픽보이콧에 대한 반외국인 정서를 중국의 인터넷통제와 파룬궁탄압의 인식하고 환기켜서

중국의 여론을 조성하고 마침내는 그러한 반인권적 탄압들을 중지시키는 방향으로 해서 그것들이 성공하면

그로 인해 도움받은 중국사람들의 힘을 빌어 티벳을 독립시키는 것이 전략입니다.

I heard Amnesty International would like to protect basic human rights in this world. As for me, I think it is needed to liberate Tibet as a Korean Buddhist and also save repressed people. So I prepared basic two strategy for recent Tibet issue. If you think it is reasonable, hopefully you will be able to make it to the final destination as Tibet Liberation, because you have big scale of man-powers and systems as long as I know.

1. Turn attention of Chinese public opinion to Internet Control in China for Tibet and Relieve it.
In fact, it is a little hard to approach Tibet problem directly. By the way, there are lots of Chinese netizen repressed from excessive internet control in China.
-Present situation as you may already know
1) More than 300 Searching forbidden words(Falun Gong, Tibet, Dalai Lama etc.) in all Chinese searching sites.
    case 1) Searching itself is forbidden.
    case 2) Searched link is broken.
2) Lyric of any music should be inspected. If it is related to forbidden topic,
    it should be discarded and can't be sold.
3) Game contents should be inspected. If it is related to forbidden topic,
    it should be discarded and cant' be sold also.
4) Every Homepage service in China should receive admission from Chinese  government.
5) Postings opposing Chinese government and handling forbidden topics at any blog is removed and even related blog site become closed.
6) All the discussional postings in Chinese internet is removed under order from Chinese government.

Now, think about this situations and how hard Chinese netizen do online activities. They are severely repressed. It is needed to talk to Chinese boycotting Carrefour and doing bad things to French Heroine, Joan of Arc and French national flag that what is more important right now is to focus on your repressed rights, not preventing any other foreigners from threatening to boycott Olympic game. following activity is up to you. After Chinese internet control is relieved, Chinese we can ask Chinese netizens having supported from us to do something for Tibet liberation as kind of give and take logic.

2. Make public opinion in China to save Falun Gong and Relieve repressing Falun Gong in China
As I already told you, it may be hard logically to liberate Tibet, because it can be kind of intervening about a national region. But Falun Gong is under very hard and severely repressed situation like torture and murder and extracting internal organs from them without religous freedom in China. China has violated basic human rights severely.

Chinese government said that Falun Gong is pseudo religion like former dynasty ending period, because of religious unificational teachings. But it is not true. Religious harmonic trend can be found not that hard over the world like Unified Religions Initiative(URI) and SamSoHoi(at Korea) and Activity Promoting Reconciliation Between Religions.

Chinese goverment said that social unstability originate from Falun Gong in China. But it is not true. Social unstability and complaint originate from policy failure of Chinese government and Chinese government pulic servant's corruption, I think.
So there is no reason for Chinese government to repress Falun Gong people so severly. It is needed to save valuable life of Falun Gong people. If they are saved, then they are gonna help to liberate Tibet, because they remember valuable support from us. This is also give and take logic.

By give and take logic, we can make three objects simultaneously in China. Recent Chinese public opinion is to blame France for boycotting Olympic. If we can persuade Chinese general people to turn attention to two points and do something enthusiastically. As you have planned, we can build human rights reserved atmosphere at China and also to Tibet Liberation.
