ingredients:
8 tael noodles, 4 tael chicken, 4 pieces of ham, 4 tael chinese chives, 5 cups of broth
Seasoning:
(A) 1 Tbsp. soysauce, 1/2 tbsp. corn starch, water.
(B) 1/2 tbsp. dried boni to powder, 1/2 tbsp.salt, 1 tbsp. wine.
Methods:
1. Shred ham, cut Chinese chives into pieces.
2. Shred chicken, pickle with (A) for 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat oil, fry chinese chives, add ham and (B).
4. Cook noodles in broth, add 3, then serve.
