Diet! Vegetable Soup

I'm gaining so much weight!  T.T...

Korean food is all so good, especially all that port belly!

 

I decided to go on a diet.

I found that if you drink vegetable soup between 3 to 6 pm,

you  can burn of more fat.

 

So here it is!

 

1. Prepare (wash!!) some vegetables. 

I used half a carrot, a quarter of cabbage,

2 halves of bell peppers, and some peppers.

 

2.  Chop them up finely and place them into a pot.

Try not to mix them around.

 

3. I put a funnel that I made from a plastic bottle in the middle

and pour water slowly in order not to mix them up.

 

4. See it's not that much mixed yet. 

Boil it on strong flame for five minutes

and then lower the flame and boil it for about 20 minutes.

 

Cool it and put it in the fridge. 

 

When you feel hungry around 3 to 6pm, drink about 200ml.

Supposedly drinking this soup will burn more fat. 

 

I hope to lose at least 5 kgs!  or more!
