Crispy Donkatsu!

I had some baguette that was too hard to eat. 

So I ground it into bread crumbs.

 

I decided to make donkatsu!

 

1. Prepare some pork.

 

2. Mince the pork with the back of your knife. 

You want to make the meat thin ^^.

 

3. Season your meat with some salt and pepper. 

I used the herb salt.

   

 

4. Put the prepared meat into a bowl of egg.

 Make sure to get the meat well covered by the egg.

 

5.  Put it into the crumb.

Baguette was so hard that the crumb was too fine for my taste. 

You should try making the crumb with a loaf of bread.

 

6.  After you get the bread crum on the meat, fry it.

 

 It's so simple, but it's so good for your lunch boxes!!!

 

Try it with some ketchup!
