Let me grow lovely, growing old--

So many fine things do:
아름답게 나이 들어가게 하소서
해야 할 좋은 일들은 너무나 많습니다.

Laces, and ivory, and gold,
And silks need not be new;
레이스와 상아와 황금, 그리고 비단도
꼭 새것만이 좋은 것은 아닙니다.

And there is healing in old trees,
Old streets a glamour hold;
오래된 나무에 치유력이 있고
오래된 거리에 영화가 깃들 듯이

Why may not I, as well as these,
Grow lovely, growing old--
이들처럼 저도 나이 들어감에 따라
더욱 아름다워지게 하소서.
