새삼 데이미언 라이스의 작사실력에 감탄했다.

사랑은 깃털처럼 가벼운 것이라 생각하기 쉽지만,

실은  그의 표현처럼

포탄처럼 무거운 존재일지도 모른다.

쏘아올린 힘으로

처음에는 쭉쭉 잘 뻗어나가지만,

어느 순간 예고도 없이 툭 떨어지고 만다.

주변을 온통 어지럽히며.

"So come on courage, teach me to be shy"

사랑을 시작하는데도 용기가 필요하지만,

사랑 앞에서 주저하고 인내할 수 있는 것도

역시 용기다.
