Sometimes when I smile,
it means that I am doing fine,
that things are going well right then,
that things are going my way.

Sometimes when I grin,
it means that I'm in a special mood again,
I'm in a happy mood,
maybe because a friend has come my way.

And sometimes when I smile-once in a while-
it's because I've met someone,
a very special someone who can brighten up my day....
and if you haven't guessed it,
hey...
you're that special person that's come my way.

And I'm smiling,
it's because I'm thinking of you...
and can't wait to see you again...
