in spite of its short life, i have to face hard truths and take strong steps,i really need radical change.

i could hardly understand me, yes there is a stiff problem.

true problem solving, however, goes beyond feeling.

i went insane from the tragedy, in order to have a healthy lifestyle, eat well, sleep well, and avoid stress.

i know not getting enough sleep at night will make me feel tired the next morning, afternoon and evening. but it's really hard to change my habits.
