There are a lot of things that you gain and lose as the years go by.   Those things you gain are unnecessary flatteries, reading peoples’ minds, weight etc.   On the other hand, your memory steadily fades away, the pride dissipated.       There are times when you feel empty and sorrow as you age another year.   Someone said that they fear their coming birthdays after the 30th.       Many take their birthday as a bad omen as soon as they pass their so called 30 barrier.   However, some people consider aging as a good thing,     Experts explain a few reasons why we should welcome our coming years.   Firstly, they say the branches connecting the brain tissues lengthen, meaning you become smarter.   On top of that, the tough times in life you have had trains your mental strength, and the emotional depth to   understand and support others increases.       That’s not all. You also understand your own character better and grasp your virtues and qualities a lot easier than   you would if you were young.       Of course, you may not be able to run as fast as before, but you learn to look back and examine your errors and   learn something from it. It’s just another reason why aging is good for you.       Are you happy or sad about the fact that you are getting older?   You are not getting older or just becoming senile,           You are turning mature, just as wine ripens.    blog.empas.com/cozynz/12411969
