배숙 풍미 과일 화채

재료 ∥ 배 ½개, 멜론 ½개, 청포도 ½송이, 산딸기·체리 1컵씩, 생강 2쪽, 설탕 3큰술, 통후추 1작은술, 얼음 약간, 물 5컵

● 이렇게 준비하세요 ●
① 배는 껍질을 벗겨 한입 크기로 썬 뒤 통후추를 중간에 앞뒤로 한 개씩 깊이 박는다.
② 멜론과 청포도는 먹기 좋게 썰고, 산딸기와 체리는 찬물에 씻는다.
③ 생강은 껍질을 벗겨 얇게 썰어 끓는 물에 넣어 생강 물을 우린 다음 건진다.
④ ③의 생강 물에 ①의 배와 설탕을 넣고 배가 투명해질 때까지 끓인 뒤 냉장고에 차게 식혀 배숙을 만든다.
