Japan is apart from other countries because it is an island nation. Long time ago, there w as no way to go abroad in Japan. That’s why whether Japanes e people wanted to live in Japan or not, they had to do. For Wa, at first, Japanese needed a common religion, so t hey made Denno. Denno is not familiar name in Korea. We pron ounce it 천황. Then, they governed Japan by using sword. However, because of Wa, there are some scapegoa ts in Japan. The most serious thing is 이지메. I think it is w rong regardless of the situation. Of course I can understa nd if the person is very bad, but in Japan, the reason of 이 지메 is that the person is noticeable and not normal. Second thing is 오타쿠. 오타쿠 means the person who is very specialized in something but has very introvert cha racter. Why Japan has so many 오타쿠? For Wa, they cann ot help concealing their character, so they dig their inner space. It could be good, but I think 오타쿠 can't live norma l life because they seem to be crazy. Japan is famous for quality of goods. In 18C, Japan w as very peaceful, so population grew, but there were little job openings, so there were so many jobless people. At t hat time, 이시다 바이간 who was Japanese philosopher cla imed the theory "work=moral training". That's why Japanes e people worked longer time with getting lower paid, so t hey could make high quality goods. In these days, the 이시다 바이간‘s theory can still p ersuade people? No. Japanese must have been so naive at that time. Anyway, the result made Japan the best qualit y country. Japanese culture is made up of various cultures of other countries, so they like to copy anything that is good for them. It is 이이도코도리. In 21C, however, the most important thing is creativity. They are lack of it because of their curriculu m which doesn't encourage originality. That's why they ne ed to reorganize their education system. Nowadays, Japan is different from that it was 8 year s ago. In 21C, international network is very important, so many young people in Japan don't seem to protect their 'Wa' anymore, so they express their thought freely.
