Ttuck Galbi with Grilled Vegetables

Recipe:

 

- 2Lb. Spare ribs

- 1T Pine nuts

- 1 Korean squash

- 1 Egg plant

 

- Onion- chopped

- 1T Grlic- chopped

- 1T Scallions- chopped

- 3T Potato starch

- 3T Soy sauce

- 2T Sugar

- 1T Mirin

- 1T Barbecue Sauce

- 1T Sesame oil

- 1T Grounded sesame

- Salt & Pepper

 

1. Brine spare ribs in water and refrigerate for one hour

2. Chop into small pieces by using a knife

3. Marinate in sauce overnight

4. Make in to square shape and cook in a grill pan

5. Garnish with pine nuts and use Korean squash along with Egg plant to decorate
