An ode to original colorway is seen as well as CMYK and Knicks colors. On the medial side, an embroidery can be seen “Reed 96″. 그랜트힐 시그네이쳐 농구화가 리트로 된다... 한때 필라는 그 화이트,레드,네이비의 깔끔한 컬러와
기존 스포츠웨어와 달리 조금 더 밝은 느낌과 심플함을 무기로 급성장하며 많은 메니아층을 확보하기도
했었다. 하지만 형님(?)들 브랜드로 이미지가 굳혀지며 구매자들에게 외면을 받기 시작했다... 하지만
한때의 그 큰 인기덕으로 한국이 휠라 브랜드의 라이센스를 인수했다는 설도 있으니 사실이라면 정말이지
엄청난 인기를 누린 브랜드라 할 수 있겠다.
본론으로 들어가서 96년 당시에도 기능화보다는 패션위주의 제품을 취급하던 휠라에서 농구화를???
이라며 모두들 의아하게 만들었던 제품이다. 물론 휠라도 농구화를 만들긴 했었다. 당시에 농구화불리던
제품은 지금으로 따지면 하이탑이라 불리는 패션화 정도의 제품도 많았으니 말이다.
하지만 당시 NBA슈퍼루키 였던 그랜트힐의 영입은 큰 이슈가 되었고 나이키와 리복,아디다스 의 삼파전에
