May 31, 2009 Lunch Box #2! I found that lunch boxes are so easy to make when you're making them for the special someone. So here goes another one! 1. Put some lettuce in a lunch box. 2. Fry some chopped vegetables. You can use any veges you like. I used carrots, onions, and garlic stems. 3. Put steamed rice in and fry them togheter. This is going to be the filler for your rolls. 4. Fry an egg. I used only the whites because I had some left over from making icecream. 5. Cut the panfriend egg into long strips. 6. Roll the eggs after putting a sesame leaf and fried rice inside. 7. Make a roll with the fried rice in a dried laver. 8. Put them in your lunch box and it's done! My friend really liked it! It's so easy to make!
