Nightingale's Oath

I vow to God and to you that

I wil live righteous and devoted to my profession.

I vow that I will never harm a life of one man in

whatever situation I am at.

 
I will take all my effort to improve my nursing skills.

I will also not involve any personal relationships or feelings into my work.

I solemnly vow that I will cooperate fully and responsibly

with the preservation of human health and devote myself totally

to maintain the health of my patients
