뮤직비디오는 2009/11/16일 50초짜리 티져영상이 공개되었으며, 2009/11/22일에 팀발랜드 공식홈페이지를 통해 풀버젼이 공개되었다.

"Morning After Dark" 는 총 2가지 버젼으로 공개되었는데, 하나는 비디오 버젼, 또하나는 앨범 버젼이다.

차이점은 비디오 버젼에서는 소샤이만 피쳐링에 가담하지만, 앨범버젼에서는  넬리퍼타도 도 함께 부른다.
