xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxonclick="window.open(this.src)"> 베트남 포로수용소에서 갖은 고문과 수모를 겪은 미군 중령이 꿈에도 그리던 가족과 상봉하는 순간이다 . 남편과 아버지를 초조하게 기다리던 가족들의 표정을 상상해 보라... 드디어 비행기가 공항에 도착하고... 중령이 비행기에서 내리는 순간... 큰딸,작은딸,아내,막내아들은 일제히 함성을 지르며 그의 품으로 달려든다. <IMG style="CURSOR: hand" src="http://photo.iphotal.com/photo/0/60/6013/l/77656-6013435.jpg" name=zb_target_resize xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxonclick="window.open(this.src)"> 미군 폭격기의 공습 속에서 한 베트남 어머니는 자식들을 데리고 강을 건넌다. 어머니가 위대한 이유는 모성애라는 초능력 때문이다. 사진을 촬영한 일본인 종군기자는 이 사진으로 그 해 퓰리쳐상의 주인공이 된다. 이후 이 모자의 근황이 궁금해진 종군기자는 사방팔방을 돌며 이들을 찿았다. 결국 이 베트남 어머니에게 퓰리쳐 상금과 1년치의 생활비를 주었다고 한다. 사진에 나타난 모성애 소녀가 결국은 지쳐 주저앉고 만다. 뒤에 있는 독수리는 소녀가 어서 죽음을 맞기를 기다리고 있다. 이 사진을 찍은 기자는 촬영하기 전에 먼저 소녀를 구했어야 했다는 비판을 받아야만 했다. 베트남 여인의 모성애를 찍은 일본인 기자와는 사뭇 대조 되는 경우다. 결국 이 사진기자는 33살의 나이로 자살했다. 그리고 수단은 아직도 기아에 허덕인다... <IMG 아버지들이요,가난한 농부들이다. 기형적으로 변한 차가운 철구조물 위를 언 손을 불어가며 위험하게 건너고 있다. 이 다리를 건너는 동안 수많은 피난민들이 미끄러져 차가운 강물에 익사했다. 그리고 살아남은 이들... 그들은 여러분들을 이 땅에 존재케 했다. </CENTER></TD>
