un studio에서는 조각형태안에서의 새로운 매체와 극장 예술의 통합을 탐구하는 극장의 디자인으로 'theatre agora'를 내세웠다. 이 건물의 외부 마감은 수많은변화와 물결 모양의 효과를 만들어내기 위해 두개의 층으로 겹처져 조립되어있다. 중요한 수직의 홀과 웅장한 계단실은 기하학적 그리드 라인 디자인으로 깔끔하게 건물의 형태를 관통하고 있다.
