"性의식 개방이 경제성장 속도 추월"…이혼급증등 사회문제 골머리

베이징(北京)시내 허우하이(後海)공원에 접한 디안먼둥다제(地安門東大街)대로변은 시민들이 먹고 마시고 즐기면서 일상의 피로를 푸는 거리다. 호수를 끼고 있는 이 공원에는 매일 저녁 무렵이면 많은 중년 남녀들이 춤을 추며 마음껏 흥에 취한다.

얼마 전 이곳에서 눈과 귀를 의심케 하는 일이 목격했다. 20대쯤 돼 보이는 여성이 은밀하게 행인에게 접근해 900위안에 아가씨와 하룻밤을 보낼 수 있다며 소매를 끄는 것이었다. 중국 사회의 성 풍속이 급속히 개방되고 있다고 하지만 포주가 베이징 시내 한가운데에서 이렇게 노골적으로 호객행위를 하는 것은 매우 이례적인 일이다.

동행한 중국인 친구 말대로 중국 사회가 통째로 바람이라도 난 것일까. 성의식 개방속도가 경제성장을 훨씬 앞지르고 있음을 실감케 하는 장면이었다. 성문화의 개방화 탓인지 최근에는 이혼율마저 자꾸 높아져 사회적 골칫거리가 되고 있다.

중국인들의 성에 대한 표현과 행동은 남녀노소할 것 없이 대담하고 솔직한 편이다. 친분이 있는 한 중국 여기자는 중국말 좀 배우게 여자친구 한 명을 소개시켜 달라는 농담 섞인 요구에 여유 있는 태도로 "당신 허리 튼튼하냐"고 응수한다. 말뜻을 헤아린 끝에 얼굴이 빨개진 쪽은 오히려 농담을 건넨 쪽이 됐다. 능력만 되면 디싼저(第三者ㆍ애인)를 두는 게 사회적으로 크게 흉잡힐 일이 아니다.

어린 학생들도 사랑에 대한 자기감정을 표현하는 데 거리낌이 없다. 중학 1학년에 재학 중인 한 중국 여학생은 같은 반 한국 남학생에게 친구가 되고 싶고 교제를 통해 한국생활과 문화를 배우고 싶다는 내용의 편지를 건넸다. 이 여학생은 편지에서 처음 본 순간 네가 나의 마음을 빼앗았다며 아주 대담하게 사랑을 고백했다.

어둑해지기 시작하는 저녁 무렵에 대학이나 공원에 가면 꼭 후미진 곳이 아니더라도 청춘 남녀들이 진한 사랑표현을 하는 장면이 넘쳐난다. 이런 아베크족들은 심지어 아파트단지 내 벤치에서까지 아무도 의식하지 않고 아슬아슬한 행위예술을 일삼는다. 더러 눈살을 찌푸리게 하는 광경도 있지만 어쩌면 음습한 곳에서 섣불리 어른흉내를 내는 것보다 이쪽이 훨씬 건강할 수 있겠다는 생각이 들었다.

중국의 성은 어찌보면 문란한 것 같고 또 다른 각도에서 보면 건강한 것도 같다. 분명한 것은 개방화라는 사회변화에 따라 사람들의 성의식 또한 급속히 열린 사회로 달려가고 있다는 점이다. 이런 한편으로 매춘 알선업자가 사형에 처해지고 희대의 성희소설 금병매가 아직 금서인 나라가 바로 오늘의 중국이다.

특히 "24~33세 젊은이 가운데 17%는 교제해온 섹스파트너가 10명이 넘고, 12%는그룹섹스를 경험했다"는 인터넷포털사이트 시나닷컴의 조사결과는 중국 젊은이들의 성 의식 변화를 보여준다.

My office phone - which I shared with a Chinese colleague in Shenzhen - rang at about 3 pm. He answered it and then said it was for me. "Hello?"

It was a Chinese female voice proclaiming in very halting English. "Jus-ah-tan. I am Elaine!"

"Elaine?" I scanned the shattered memory bank that passes for my Swiss cheese-for-brains lately. I could recall no "Elaine." Lots of other names like Tina, Marilyn, Lily, Mary, Lisa, Wanda, Sharry, Rose, Orange, Ivy and Alice whom I'd met and a few of whom even gotten to know in the Biblical sense in the previous nights since arriving in Shenzhen two months ago were familiar, but no "Elaine."

So naturally I faked it. "Elaine! Sure, how are you?"

Her English was terrible, but it became clear that she wanted to meet me that night. And who was I to say 'no'?

I transferred the phone to my coworker who gave her the address of our building in Chinese and then I spent about 7 minutes trying to tell her to meet me at 6 p.m. The message eventually stuck after I counted patiently, "1...2...3...4...5...6!"

Then I went to the smoking lounge to confer with another foreign 'barbarian' coworker Jeff, from Australia.

"Elaine? That's an unusual name for a Sheila here," he mused sagely. "Sure you don't know her? Well, I've had that happen. Sometimes I've never met them. They've gotten my name and number from someone else."

"It's kind of a problem," I said. "I have no clue as to who she is."

"Yeah, mate, but what a problem to have," replied Jeff. "I wager you didn't have that problem in the States. I know I didn't in Australia."

He had a good point.

I went back to my apartment to change, all the while wondering who the hell Elaine was. When I returned, I found all the elevators except two blocked off due to a "VIP" in the building, but managed to get up to the 37th floor in time.

Just in time to find a young Chinese woman in the entry way to our offices who appeared to be auditioning for a part as Lucy Liu's trailer trash half-sister. She was wearing what could only be described as bondage wear-Lite. A tight long-sleeved black T-shirt that was artfully ripped in the sleeves, upper chest and midriff areas and skin-tight faux leather pants dripping with torso chains and crisscrossed with zippers. Stilleto heel black leather boots complimented the tasteful ensemble.

It definitely stood out from the usual office wear and even more so when several conservatively clad female coworkers, the paper's two top editors and the mayor of Shenzhen (the "VIP") also emerged into the foyer.

Jus-ah-tan!" cried the budding S&M starlet at just that moment. She was obvilious to the stares of my coworkers, bosses and mayor.

Ah, uh...yes. Elaine. Elaine, good to see you. Again."

I had no absolutely no memory of her. But maybe five bars ago, who knows? A dim memory of chatting briefly with someone who might've been her - minus the bondage wear - emerged, but it was very foggy.

We piled on to the elevator along with coworkers and the mayor and his entourage and I studiously gazed at the ceiling as Elaine gripped my arm and smiled beatifically up at me, batting long lashes that were highlighted with blue sparkle eyeshadow.

I finally was able to gently pry myself away from her hold and was very relieved that the rest of the group split in another direction when we exited the building.

I took her to dinner where she ordered because I can't read the menus here. The last time I'd been at this restaurant, the woman I'd been with had ordered four courses that came to about $8 and the beer had been on the house.

Elaine, though, had different tastes. Three seafood courses that ran to $16 and, inexplicably, the beer wasn't free this time.

My previous companion had also been a virginal translator with a Lord & Taylor-type skirt, blouse and sweater and we'd drawn no real notice from other patrons. This time, with a dinner partner whose midriff chains audibly jingled with every sharp click of her 5-inch stilleto heels, we had some very curious fellow diners.

Back at my apartment it became clear that her immediate priorities, in descending order, were:

First: Watching a Chinese TV biopic on the late Madame Chang Kai Shek or "Song Mei Ling" as she is known in China.

Second: Yes, sex. She was enthusiastic, though obviously more happy receiving than giving. A major screamer, too. At one point with her thighs locked so tightly around my head and ears I could barely hear the thumping and muffled yells of a neighbor pounding the walls during one of her gibbering arias. Whether he was telling her to keep it down or encouraging her, I'll never know though I suspect the former.

Third: A major committment by me. No coincidence methinks that she's zeroed in on me, an American, and that she also mentioned several times that she has a sister in Washington whom she's dying to join. Whether DC or state, I wasn't able to ascertain.

"I love you, Jus-uh-tan," she sighed, as she stepped back into her bondage pants and rearranged the chains. "You love me?"

Sure, baby. I love you long time. Just don't spank me with your pants.

중국 명문 중 하나인 저장대학(浙江大學)이 중국 여대생들에 대한 비하 발언으로 논란에 휩싸였다.

사건은 지난 9일(현지시각) 저장대학의 유명 교수 정창씨의 강연에서 시작됐다. 그는 "우리 학교의 일부 여학생들이 쓰레기 같은 외국 남자들의 기분을 맞추려 애쓰는 것을 봤다"며 "이런 학생들은 스스로를 소중히 여겨야 한다"고 비판했다. 이는 곧 여대생들로부터 '모욕적인 비하 발언'이라며 반발을 샀다.

특히 해당 대학 소속이라고 밝힌 한 여대생이 인터넷을 통해 "나는 예쁘고 공부도 잘해서 실제로 따라다니는 남자들도 많다"며 "내가 중국 남자를 사귀지 않는 것은 그들이 성에 차지 않기 때문이며 나와 같은 이유로 외국인 남자친구를 사귀는 여학생들이 많다"고 반박했다.

이에 중국 네티즌들은 '교수가 일부 여대생들의 문제를 마치 전체인 양 확대해서 말한 데 문제가 있다'며 '분명한 여성 비하다', '어떤 남자를 만나든 그것은 개인의 자유다', '자신이 좋아하는 남자라면 잘 보이고 싶은 게 당연한데 상대가 외국 남자인 것만 문제가 되느냐'고 꼬집었다.

그러나 한편에선 '외국 남자에 대한 무조건적인 환상을 지적한 발언'이라며 '무분별한 사대주의도 문제가 있다', '마치 외국 남자친구를 만나는 것이 우월한 이성교제인 것처럼 생각하는 여자들도 많다'고 맞섰다.

일부에선 해당 네티즌이 실제 저장대학 소속이 맞느냐며 의문을 제기하는 등 논란은 더욱 확산되는 양상이다.

1999년 처음 출간된 후 대담한 성 묘사가 문제돼 외설 논쟁을 일으킨 끝에 중국 정부로부터 판금조치를 당했다.

그러나 티안의 성적(性的) 무능력은 그녀를 갈등케 하고 결국 유부남인 독일인과 육체적 사랑을 즐기게 된다.

전통적 생활방식은 거부하지만 급격한 서구화의 물결 속에 아직 가치관을 정립하지 못한 채 방황하는 중국 젊은이의 모습이 코코의 마지막 외침에서 느껴진다. "나는 누구인가?"

Police in central China arrested 47 people, including a foreign high school student, in connection with a male escort ring operating out of a karaoke club in a raid in the early hours of Friday morning.

Investigators found the club‘s owners had hired more than 20 young men ? including the student, whose nationality is unknown ? to provide “heterosexual escort services” for female karaoke guests, Chutian Metropolis Daily reported on Tuesday.

The men would also drink and sing with the visitors for 100 yuan (US$14) per hour.

Entertainment venues in China are banned by law from offering paid escort services and the owners of the club, which opened at the beginning of September, received the maximum penalty. They were fined 20,000 yuan for offering paid escort services and illegally employing foreigners and the club was shut down for six months.

Police also confiscated 13,800 yuan of illegal income from the male escorts.

Wenquan district police have vowed to step up security in the area through “large-scale patrols, prevention measures and investigations” into local businesses.

While police routinely arrest female sex workers during raids on karaoke clubs, spas and hotels in China, cases involving male escorts are less common. Male sex work was made illegal in China in 2003.

베트남 총각 과 결혼하려는 사람들은 주로 대만과 중국 여성들. 베트남 남성들의 국제결혼 사유와 절차는 여성들과 비슷하다. 나이든 외국 여성들이 경제력은 떨어지지만 젊은 베트남 남성들을 배필로 선호하고 있는 것. 그러나 베트남 남자와의 결혼 지참금은 여성들에 비해 많다고 한다. 베트남 여성과의 지참금이 1000달러 내 외라면 남자는 그 10배인 1만달러 정도. 특히 베트남 남성과의 결혼 지참금은 '여성의 허리 사이즈'에 비례한다고 가이 드는 강조했다. 뚱뚱한 여성일수록 더 많은 결혼 지참금이 필요하다는 것이다. 사랑이 아닌 돈을 매개로 국제결혼하는 베트남 젊은이들, 가난한 나라에 태어 난 설움이 아니고 무엇이랴. Tai-tai: I visit club because I can't resist temptation

IN her own words, she's happily married to a businessman who lavishes her with expensive gifts and dotes on their sons.

Her two teenage boys are 'good kids, obedient and respectful'.

But all that is not stopping the 42-year-old tai-tai from seeking - and paying for - the company of toyboys at karaoke clubs.

Yes, she said she knows that her nights out could easily tear the family apart, as her husband thinks she's out playing mahjong with her tai-tai friends.

Yet, said Madam Wang, who agreed to be interviewed on condition we did not use her full name: 'The temptation is just too irresistible.

'I'd feel something was missing if I had to skip one of my regular visits to the club.'

Her regular haunt is one of several KTV-like clubs catering to women that have sprouted across Singapore.

There are at least 11 such clubs, all of which opened in the past year.

Young, good-looking men sing, dance and cuddle up with women like Madam Wang at these places.

The New Paper on Sunday team spent four nights over three weeks at seven clubs in areas such as Tanjong Pagar, Katong, Jalan Besar and Shenton Way.

Women easily made up 95 per cent of the clubs' clientele - and they were treated like queens.

Whether it was raucous sleaze or discreet fun, everyone got a chance with the male hosts.

When we first spotted Madam Wang at a club in Jalan Besar around 7pm on a weekday, she was on a high chair, leaning across the glass-top table, smiling at a Thai host.

He held a slice of watermelon, teasing her. Each time she was about to nibble at the watermelon, he'd move his hand away and her lips would nearly meet his.

The routine, repeated several times in the four hours that Madam Wang was at the club, left her giggling.

She said later: 'It may sound silly to you, but he made me feel young all over again. That's one feeling I don't get from my husband any more.'

That 'youthful feeling' comes at a price. The bill for about three hours of chatting, entertainment, a plate of fruits and three jugs of beer for our team at the club came to nearly $500.

Madam Wang said she spends about $1,500 each night. If she takes a male host out to supper, it can set her back by another $150 an hour.

'Selling dreams'

such clubs are successful because they 'sell dreams' - as it says in the club's tag line. At such places, said psychologist Richard Lim, women can 'indulge in the thrill of an alpha-female relationship' and 'fulfil their needs to be desired'.

The club's black, wooden doors appear intimidating. But the door bitch (or bouncer) was far less intimidating than those you're likely to encounter at some other clubs.

She is likely to usher you into the dimly-lit club without much fuss - even if you have not made a reservation.

With a friendly smile, she settled her guests into the sofas, couch seats or bar stools - all arranged in a mix-and-match fashion.

There is no dress code. Women customers were dressed mostly in office attire or simple black dresses.

At two-hour intervals, about 30 male entertainers from Thailand, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea - and even Singapore - took turns to strut on the stage.

They were geared up to dazzle in smart, fashionable attire.

Some wore body-hugging shirts or tight tees that showed off their toned muscular arms. Others were suited up in sleek leather jackets and black pants.

And almost all of them sported immaculately waxed and tousled hair, like trendy pop celebrities.

After the emcee called out their numbers - no names - they stepped up and mumbled into the mike. Most times, we couldn't really hear what they said, except the names of their countries.

What followed was like what goes on in Thai discos where customers can buy flowers for their favourite entertainers, with the two floor managers approaching customers to stake their claim on their choice for the night.

Garlands of plastic flowers were priced at $30, $50 and $80, while sashes started from $100 and went up to $1,000.

There was no live band. The men sang karaoke-style and performed with much gusto and improvised dance moves.

Results varied drastically, ranging from some who could do a nifty imitation of professional singers to those who seemed to be tone-deaf.

But singing appeared to be secondary. Most of the men were young and hunky, with some sporting model looks.

Making their rounds

The men went from table to table between their sets to chat or play dice games over drinks.

They flirted and teased, sometimes with a hand on the lap, or an arm across the shoulder, a whisper or just holding hands.

Think simple 'boyfriend touches' - an effect that is probably lacking in the women's lives.

There were no vulgar moves in the club, except for the occasional over-indulgent woman. One was locked in a tight embrace with a Chinese entertainer - despite the presence of her eight women friends.

The Chinese host seemed to be the most popular, getting about $1,800 worth of garlands and sashes whenever he sang.

While the owner of the club declined to be interviewed, he insisted that the club was 'like any other normal karaoke club'.

What takes place after closing hours is beyond his control, he added.

That is when the story becomes murky, with some women and the men singing different tunes, as we discovered during our stake-out.

One host promises our reporter... 'I'll make you feel like a woman again'

WHILE most of the club performers do not end up in bed with their woman customers, some welcome the extra income.

When The New Paper on Sunday team first visited one club, one of the men offered 'more personal attention away from the public eyes' - for $150 an hour.

Number 70 - as he was introduced - also promised the reporter: 'You won't be disappointed with my service, guaranteed to make you feel like a woman again.'

All the 22 women customers who spoke to us insisted they did not have sex with the male hosts.

But the men told a different story. Most claimed that some women would drop hints about taking the entertainment to another level. And there were others who asked about rates openly.

Budget hotels were the most common rendezvous spots.

To prove he would be worth the money, No. 70, who is from Shanghai, provided a referral - Madam Wang.

He pointed to her and said: 'I saw you talking to her, you can ask her what she thought of my service.'

When we asked Madam Wang, she initially insisted that she only chatted with him.

But pressed further, she added: 'He was good, I was happy, but it's not all the way like you think it is.'

She did not want to give more details and subsequently avoided our calls.

But for the men at the club, extra activity can only happen after work.

The 26-year-old man did not want to confirm if the club owner knew or approved of his moonlighting.

He said: 'Let's just say we keep each other mutually happy with whatever arrangement we have.'

There was also the personal attention this reporter got from another host, Number 89 from Thailand.

He has been here for about a month and has picked up Cantonese from a fellow Thai.

Going out for supper was fine, but No. 89 hesitated when asked if he'd consider other activities.

He claimed: 'I usually like to keep it clean and simple for first-time customers, until I'm really familiar with you.'

But that did not keep him from giving us his undivided attention.

On an average, they can easily earn $3,000 to $4,000 a month.

He added: 'But the really popular ones can make up to even $2,000 a night.'

Not all the men are comfortable with physical flirting or teasing. Jeed, 28, a Thai, spoke of his short and unpleasant stint at the club.

He had worked previously as a singer at the Thai pubs in Chinatown and Golden Mile.

Jeed confided that he 'didn't know what I was getting into' when he signed on for a stint at this club.

But when he realised it was so different from his previous gigs, where he got to sing with a live band and even had dancers backing him up, he said he 'felt bored'.

He later returned to his hometown, Chiangmai.

● 중국여자들 한국남자를 돈 주고 사서 성매매

스타 이름 팔며 음란행위…18명 강제추방 등 망신살

중국의 한류(韓流) 열풍을 악용해 한국인이 상하이(上海)에서 운영한 불법 호스트바의 종업원으로 일하다 중국 공안에 적발돼 강제출국 당한 일당이 경찰에 붙잡혔다.

국내 여성전용 술집에서 호스트로 일하던 윤모(24)씨는 지난해 말 호스트들의 인터넷카페에서 '상하이 남자 접대부 모집, 월수 300보장, 한국인 운영'이라는 광고를 봤다. 윤씨처럼 광고를 보고 중국으로 날아간 서울 경기 전남 제주 등지의 호스트는 모두 18명.

이들은 상하이에서 김모(36)씨가 운영하는 여성전용 술집 G호스트바에 취직했다. 업주 김씨는 '한국에서 탤런트 가수 모델 등 연예인들이 왔다'는 전단을 뿌리는 등 이른바 한류 마케팅으로 손님을 끌었다. 손님은 상하이의 유한마담과 술집 여사장 등 중국여성과 관광 온 한국인 여성이었다.

여성용 한복을 차려 입은 윤씨 등은 비 안재욱 정준호 등 국내 유명스타의 이름으로 자신들을 소개한 뒤 손님들 앞에서 '나체쇼'와 속칭 '부황쇼'(술잔을 몸에 붙이는 쇼)를 하는 등 노골적인 음란행위를 했다. 이들은 술집에선 6만원, 외박(2차)을 하게 되면 30만~40만원을 받아 1인당 월 300만~500만원을 버는 등 지난해 12월부터 올해 2월말까지 8,300여만원의 이득을 챙겼다.

하지만 이들은 2월23일 중국 공안에 체포돼 업주 김씨는 현지에서 재판을 받고 있고, 종업원들은 15~30일의 구류를 산 뒤 강제 추방됐다.

서울경찰청 외사과는 23일 귀국한 윤씨 등 호스트 9명을 풍속영업소 내 음란행위 제공 등 혐의로 불구속 입건하고, 달아난 일당 9명을 수배했다. 하지만 이중 6명은 이미 일본의 호스트바 종업원으로 일하기 위해 원정을 떠난 것으로 알려졌다.

경찰은 또 업주 김씨가 한국과 상하이에 전담 모집책을 두고 한국인과 재중동포 남성을 종업원으로 모집했다는 진술을 확보, 모집책을 추적하고 있다.

-서울경찰청 국제범죄수사대는 27일 한국 남성과 결혼하려는 중국 여성을 상대로 결혼사기극을 벌인 임모씨(50) 등 14명을 붙잡아 사기와 공문서 위조 혐의로 불구속 입건했다고 밝혔다.

임씨 등은 2007년말부터 1년간 중국 랴오닝성 센양과 단둥 등지에서 1인당 중국 맞선녀 2~4명과 결혼사진을 촬영한 뒤 “한국에서 결혼생활을 하려면 입국 수속 경비가 필요하다”고 속여 돈을 받아 달아난 혐의를 받고 있다. 조사 결과 임씨 등은 결혼을 약속한 중국 여성 1인당 600만~1000만원을 받아 챙긴 것으로 밝혀졌다. 속아 넘어간 중국 여성은 현재까지 50명으로 집계됐다. 피해금액은 3억원으로 추산된다.

자신의 가방에 지갑을 넣었다 잃어버린 것에 죄책감을 느낀 ㄱ씨는 순순히 신씨에게 신용카드 한 장을 건넸다. 홍콩 체류비와 소포값 2000여만원은 고스란히 ㄱ씨 몫이 됐다. 신씨는 ㄱ씨의 카드로 2000여만원을 빼 썼지만 단 한 번도 돈을 갚지 않았다. 그는 “IC카드가 배송됐지만 직접 받지 못해 반송됐다”는 핑계를 대며 돈과 물건을 요구했다. 2011년 1~11월까지 ㄱ씨가 신씨에게 보낸 돈과 물건은 7000만원이 넘었다. 그 사이 ㄱ씨는 신용불량자가 됐다.

ㄱ씨는 “제발 일부만이라도 갚아달라”고 사정했지만 신씨는 연락을 끊어버렸다. 중국 광저우 집까지 찾아갔지만 그의 행방은 묘연했다. 그 와중에 ㄱ씨는 자신과 같은 수법으로 사기를 당한 여성이 4명이나 있다는 것을 알았다. 이들의 피해금액만 2억원이 넘었다. 중국 현지 피해여성도 3명이나 있었다. 신씨는 4건의 사기혐의 등으로 한국에서 지명수배가 되자 2008년 중국으로 도망친 것이었다.

그러나 아무도 이들을 도와주지 않았다.

피의자 A씨는 ’15년 5월경 중국인 유학생 여성 B씨를 만나 배우자가 있음에도 이를 속이고 아들을 출산한 후 중국인 여성을 속이기 위해 대전구청장 명의로 된 혼인신고서를 위조해 중국인 여성을 안심시킨 후 혼인생활을 이어간 것으로 확인됐다.

이후 피의자 A씨는 중국인 여성 B씨를 통해 소개받게 된 중국인 사업가 C씨를 통해 ㈜OOO 화장품 회사의 중국 총판을 줄 수 있다고 속여 C씨로부터 1년간 10차례에 걸쳐 10억 원 상당을 편취해왔다.

그 과정에서 피의자는 중국인 사업가 C씨를 속이기 위해 PC방을 찾아 중국 ㈜OOO 화장품 총판계약서와 판매점확인서와 같은 허위 문서를 작성하는 등 위조 행각을 계속했고, 이를 믿고 투자한 사업비를 개인 채무 변제와 전처 및 자녀, 중국인 여성 B씨의 생활비, 그리고 또 다른 내연녀나 성매매여성을 만나 유흥비로 사용해 1년간의 투자비 10억 원을 모두 탕진한 것으로 드러났다.

피의자 A씨는 경찰 조사 중 피해금원 사용 내역 확인 과정에서 고의로 사용처를 속이고자 거래내역서 중 일부를 누락시키는 등 끝까지 증거 인멸을 시도했다.

한편, 대전유성경찰서는 같은 수법으로 또 다른 피해 여성이나 투자자가 있는지 피의자 A씨를 상대로 여죄를 추궁하고 있다.

-(전북=뉴스1) 박아론 기자 = 중국인 유학생과 불륜 관계를 맺은 현직 경찰이 파면됐다.

전북지방경찰청은 징계위원회를 열어 내연녀를 폭행하고 협박한 혐의로 불구속 입건된 A경사(39)를 파면조치했다고 16일 밝혔다.

A경사는 2013년 10월 전북경찰청 외사수사대에 근무하면서 사기 피해를 입은 한 대학 어학 연수생 B씨(22·여·중국인)의 사건을 담당하게 됐다.

이후 B씨와 불륜 관계를 맺어왔고, 2015년에는 B씨와의 사이에 아이도 출산한 것으로 알려졌다.

A경사는 2016년 B씨와 낳은 아이를 자신의 아이로 인정하지 않고, 지속적으로 B씨를 폭행하고 협박해 왔다.

B씨는 폭행을 견디다 못해 A경사를 경찰에 신고했다.

경찰은 B씨의 진술을 확보한 뒤 조사에 착수해 A경사를 11월30일자로 직위해제했다.

Self-Proclaimed ‘Super Laowai’ Accused of Spreading AIDS in China

A Spanish/French man who goes by the name “Sami” online has been accused of spreading AIDS in China.

The self-proclaimed “internet celebrity” and “super laowai” bragged about the Chinese beauties that would throw themselves at him with sex proposals via texts. All was going well for the 31-year-old vlogger until a woman who had a one night stand with him accused him of giving her AIDs, according to Apple Daily.

Although Sami said he came to Shenzhen, China to find a wife and not to fool around, he is notorious for being something of a player. His Weibo account is full of photos of him surrounded by sexy Chinese women, his motto “one girl for one night” summing up how he feels about relationships.

A WeChat photo and conversation showed a Chinese female internet celebrity confronting him about giving her AIDS. Sami rebutted, stating that “Chinese girls are whores,” and “they deserve what they get”. After the messages went public, Sami tried to prove his innocence by showing a medical certificate which reported a negative HIV result. Regardless, his dirty laundry now aired, other women started coming forward about their damaging interactions with him, such as him beating his girlfriends, cheating, and secretly filming sex tapes.

Sami’s WeChat profile indicates that he was born on June 1, 1987 and that he graduated from Madrid Technical College. His profile boasts he is 186 cm and “China First Foreign Internet Celebrity.” He also states he is single and looking for a kind Chinese woman to have a “mix blood baby”.

With his White skin and golden hair, Sami used his features to get a celebrity status in China. He has several million followers and even got on a Hunan TV program. He likes to show off his expensive sports cars and brags about the many women he sleeps with.

As far as the HIV allegations go, he has made it clear that he will take action against his accusers.
