COVID-19 Pandemic(Corona Virus Pestilence) Viewed in the
Context of the Bible
(As a Christian, I’m telling you what is in the Bible according to the teachings of God.)
Jehovah
God made and preserves this world and its inhabitants, and He rules this world
with fair reward and punishment according to His laws written in the Bible.
The typical punishments
God sends include ‘pestilence,
war, famine, and harm caused by animals.
There are no coincidences in this world, and every effect has
a cause.
The rise and fall of the nations as
discussed in the Bible and the rise and fall of the nations we learn in school have quite different
perspectives.
The laws of the Bible are broadly divided into
the ‘to love God and love thy neighbor.
When there are excessive problems with this ‘to love God
and love thy neighbor’, God punishes nations or people
with ‘plague,
war, famine, and harm caused by animals.
As a result, some nations disappear or they become enslaved(colonized).
(Well-known
examples include the Incan civilization, Angkor Wat, and Pompeii as well as
the destruction of Canaan and Sodom and Gomorrah, as described in the Bible,
etc.).
These punishments are the same for nations
and individuals.
It is impossible for human beings to understand God’s long suffering, which is one of His
personality traits. Therefore, when God punishes people with ‘pestilence,
war, famine, and harm
caused by animals, people must repent of their wrongdoing. If we do
not repent of our wrongdoing, God's people(true Christians) will continue to
receive seven times more severe punishment.
If God gives a deadly disease to a person, even if it is only
a cold, that person has no choice and will die. If it is not a deadly disease,
then that cold must persist for a certain period of time. The types of diseases God gives to man are infinite.
God teaches us this information through experiences using
contents from the Bible and spirits that are invisible to human eyes. We ultimately
come to believe even those contents of the Bible that we do not personally
experience.
As an
example, let us take the history of the Republic of Korea. We are aware of the
36-year colonial rule of Japan, as well as the Korean War that broke out on June 25th, 1950.
Ever since
I came to know God by His grace, I have always wondered what Korea did wrong to
deserve such a terrible discipline as the war between the same nation, between
South Korea and North Korea, right after the oppression of Japan.
Every time
I heard stories about the sex slaves(comfort women) for Japanese soldiers, I
became furious and disgraced as their descendant.
Only recently did I figure
out the reason for these events.
It was a
system of slavery operated during the Joseon Dynasty run by Yi family.
This
system of slavery lasted for 600 years
during the Joseon Dynasty. This system of enslaving more than 50 % of their own
people was unprecedented in the world history.
I
wondered why this historical event, which should never happen again, is not taught
in schools.
It was because I thought that schools must teach the
truth not to repeat the same tragedy.
I became concerned that this part of history is not taught
for the same reasons why Japan distorted Korea’s historical truth. I was worried that similar history would
repeat itself.
I was worried that the government’s unfair treatment
of tenants in commercial properties due to COVID-19 pandemic was symptomatic of
this.
I think that it is possible to reform such education
system into practical education system that highly regards the teaching of
character and health by reorganizing this economic system.
This is because the foundation of God's reign is righteousness and justice.
The Bible says that ‘the man that commits adultery
with another man's wife the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to
death’. The Bible even tells us not to have lustful thought in our hearts.
Nonetheless,
the Korean judiciary abolished the law against adultery.
The Bible
says that even those who commit the crime of kidnapping shall surely be put to
death, too.
The bible also tell
us that ‘having sex in a way that
avoids pregnancy’ is an act of blasphemy to God. This
is because it is God's inherent authority to determine the ‘time of pregnancy of children and the number of children’.
In the
past, the Korean government promoted the ‘having sex in a way that avoids pregnancy’.
Of course, there is no country in the world that makes and
applies laws at the same level of the laws of the Bible.
However, since the laws of the Bible are the principles
of human life, the laws of the Bible allow us to see the world more accurately.
Among the crimes against God and crimes against
people, the seriousness of crimes against humanity can be better understood
when you look at the Bible verses(laws) that include the phrase ‘surely be put
to death’ in the Bible.
How can we receive the Holy Spirit from Jehovah
God in biblical way? (What should we do to be filled with the Holy Spirit? What

How to receive
the Holy Spirit: Pray to Jehovah God → Find Bible
verses → Believe the verses.
To receive the
Holy Spirit from Jehovah, we must first pray to Jehovah as
follows: “Please teach me the meaning of the Bible verses that came up
as ‘The conditions for Jehovah to give us the Holy Spirit.’ We can
pray in our heart or with words.
Then, find the
verses related to ‘The conditions for Jehovah to give us the Holy

(Isa10:2) to turn aside the needy from justice, and to
rob the poor of my people of their right, that widows may be their spoil, and
that they may make the fatherless their prey!
(Jer5:26) For among my people are found wicked men: they
watch, as fowlers lie in wait; they set a trap, they catch men.
(Jer5:27) As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses
full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxed rich.

and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after
other gods to your own hurt:
(Jer7:7) then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in
the land that I gave to your fathers, from of old even for evermore.

righteousness, and deliver him that is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor:

(‘Pregnancy and childbirth’ are the processes by which God creates a
person.
Since God has the inherent authority to decide the timing of a pregnancy and the number of
children that are born, contraception is an ungodly act that insults God.
‘Having sex in a manner that avoids
pregnancy’ is just two people being masturbation tools
for each other.
Christian who received the Holy Spirit cannot have ‘sex
in a manner that avoids pregnancy’,
knowing that contraception is blasphemy.)
(I
prayed to Jehovah God to let me know whether contraception was right or wrong.
As soon as the prayer is over, he let me know that having sex in a way that
avoids pregnancy is not right.
So I realized that
it's very dumbfounding, absurd, and shameful that I had sex in a way that
avoids pregnancy in my past, in front of Jehovah God. For a while, I couldn't
have sex with my wife out of fear of Jehovah.
In the past, God revealed to me the date I would die. I still have about 20 years left until the day I die. I didn't think I could
go on without having sexual relations for so long.
However, I was too ashamed to ask Jehovah God what I should do
in the future.
After
that, the following words from the Bible came to my mind,
‘Jesus hears when someone prays to Him'. So, in my mind(without speaking), I
prayed to Jesus just as I am. Immediately, he told me many things, including ‘You
must reverse your wife's sterilization procedure' in a perfect language.)
(Gen38:9) And Onan knew that the seed would not be his;
and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on
the ground, lest he should give seed to his brother.
(Gen38:10) And the thing which he did was evil in the sight of Jehovah: and he slew him also.
(Deu25:5) If brethren dwell together, and one of them
die, and have no son, the wife of the dead shall not be married without unto a
stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to

3. If you do not
repent: God will punish you more severely
(Lev26:15) and if ye shall reject my statutes, and if
your soul abhor mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all my commandments,
but break my covenant;
(Lev26:16) I also will do this unto you: I will appoint
terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and
make the soul to pine away; and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your
enemies shall eat it.
(Lev26:17) And I will set my face against you, and ye
shall be smitten before your enemies: they that hate you shall rule over you;
and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
(Lev26:18) And if ye
will not yet for these things hearken unto me, then I will chastise you seven
times more for your sins.
(Lev26:19) And I will break the pride of your power: and
I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass;
(Lev26:20) and your strength shall be spent in vain; for
your land shall not yield its increase, neither shall the trees of the land

walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me, I will bring seven times
more plagues upon you according to your sins.

every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law,
them will
Jehovah bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Sin

come to pass, when thou shalt show this people all these words, and they shall
say unto thee, Wherefore hath Jehovah pronounced all this great evil against
us? or what is our iniquity? or what is our sin that we have committed against
Jehovah our God? Then shalt thou say unto them, Because your fathers
have forsaken me, saith Jehovah, and have walked after other gods, and have
served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept
my law;
(Daniel 9:10-11) neither have we
obeyed the voice of Jehovah our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before
us by his servants the prophets. Yea, all Israel have transgressed
thy law, even turning aside, that they should not obey thy voice: therefore
hath the curse been poured out upon us, and the oath that is written in the law
of Moses the servant of God; for we have sinned against him.
(Jam2:10) For whosoever shall keep the
whole law, and yet stumble in one (point), he is become guilty of all.
(Jam2:11) For he that said, Do not commit
adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou dost not commit adultery, but
killest, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
(Jam2:12) So speak ye, and so do, as men
that are to be judged by a law of liberty.
(1jo3:8) he that doeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

(Mat4:4) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
(Deu8:2) And thou shalt remember all the way which Jehovah thy God hath led thee these forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble thee, to prove thee, to know what was in thy heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or not.

then make the law of none effect through faith? God forbid: nay, we establish

(Deuteronomy 6:25) And it shall be
righteousness unto us, if we observe to do all this commandment before Jehovah
our God, as he hath commanded us.
(Romans 6:16) Know ye not, that to
whom ye present yourselves as servants unto obedience, his servants ye
are whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto
righteousness?
(Rom2:6) who will render to every man according to his
works:
(Rom2:7) to them that by patience in well-doing seek for
glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life:
(Rom2:8) but unto
them that are factious, and obey not the truth, but obey unrighteousness, (shall
be) wrath and indignation,
(1co6:9) Or know ye
not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived:
neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers
of themselves with men,

thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall
inherit the kingdom of God.
(Mat5:20) For I say unto
you, that except your righteousness shall exceed (the righteousness) of the
scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.

be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer of
thy servant, which I pray before thee at this time, day and night, for the

Israel, which we have sinned against thee. Yea, I and my father's house have
sinned: we have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept
the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the ordinances, which thou commandedst
thy servant Moses.
(Luk13:25) When
once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye
begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, open to us; and
he shall answer and say to you, I know you not whence ye are;
(Luk13:26) then
shall ye begin to say, We did eat and drink in thy presence, and thou didst
teach in our streets;
(Luk13:27) and
he shall say, I tell you, I know not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye
workers of iniquity.
(Leviticus 18:6-17) None of you
shall approach to any that are near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness:
I am Jehovah. The nakedness of thy father, even the nakedness of thy
mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother; thou shalt not uncover her
nakedness. The nakedness of thy father's wife shalt thou not
uncover: it is thy father's nakedness. The nakedness of thy sister,
the daughter of thy father, or the daughter of thy mother, whether born at
home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover. The
nakedness of thy son's daughter, or of thy daughter's daughter, even their
nakedness thou shalt not uncover: for theirs is thine own nakedness. The
nakedness of thy father's wife's daughter, begotten of thy father, she is thy
sister, thou shalt not uncover her nakedness. Thou shalt not uncover
the nakedness of thy father's sister: she is thy father's near kinswoman. Thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's
near kinswoman. Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's
brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is thine aunt. Thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy daughter-in-law: she is thy son's wife;
thou shalt not uncover her nakedness. Thou shalt not uncover the
nakedness of thy brother's wife: it is thy brother's nakedness. Thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter; thou shalt not
take her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness;
they are near kinswomen: it is wickedness.
(Deu22:13) If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
(Deu22:14) and lay shameful things to her charge, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came nigh to her, I found not in her the tokens of virginity;
(Deu22:15) then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate;
(Deu22:16) and the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;
(Deu22:17) and, lo, he hath laid shameful things (to her charge), saying, I found not in thy daughter the tokens of virginity; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the garment before the elders of the city.
(Deu22:18) And the elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him;
(Deu22:19) and they shall fine him a hundred (shekels) of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.
(Deu22:20) But if this thing be true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the damsel;
(Deu22:21) then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the harlot in her father's house: so shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.
(Gen13:13) Now the men of Sodom were
wicked and sinners against Jehovah exceedingly.
(Jud1:7) Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and
the cities about them, having in like manner with these given themselves over
to fornication and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example,
suffering the punishment of eternal fire.
(Gen19:1) And the two angels came to Sodom at even. And Lot sat in the gate of Sodom. And Lot saw them, and rose up to meet them. And he bowed himself with his face to the earth.
(Gen19:2) And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn aside, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your way. And they said, Nay. But we will abide in the street all night.
(Gen19:3) And he urged them greatly. And they turned in unto him, and entered into his house. And he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.
(Gen19:4) But before they lay down, the men of the city, (even) the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both young and old, all the people from every quarter.
(Gen19:5) And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men that came in to thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
(Gen19:6) And Lot went out unto them to the door, and shut the door after him.
(Gen19:7) And he said, I pray you, my brethren, do not so wickedly.
(Gen19:8) Behold now, I have two daughters that have not known man. Let me, I pray you, bring them but unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes. Only unto these men do nothing, forasmuch as they are come under the shadow of my roof.

of Jerusalem, so that they did evil more than did the nations whom Jehovah
destroyed before the children of Israel.

A The condition that Jehovah gives the Holy Spirit to a man
(Act11:17) If then God gave unto them the like gift as
(he did) also unto us, when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I,
that I could withstand God?
(Act5:32) And we are witnesses of these things; and (so
is) the Holy Spirit, whom God hath given to them that obey him.
(Act2:38) And Peter (said) unto them, Repent ye, and be
baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of
your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
B Believing in God
(Deu9:23) And when Jehovah sent you from Kadesh-barnea,
saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled
against the commandment of Jehovah your God, and ye believed him not, nor
hearkened to his voice.
(Heb3:16) For who, when they heard, did provoke? nay, did
not all they that came out of Egypt by Moses?
(Heb3:17) And with whom was he displeased forty years?
was it not with them that sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
(Heb3:18) And to whom sware he that they should not enter
into his rest, but to them that were disobedient?
(Heb3:19) And we see that they were not able to enter in
because of unbelief.
(2ki17:13) Yet Jehovah testified unto Israel, and unto
Judah, by every prophet, and every seer, saying, Turn ye from your evil ways,
and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I
commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.
(2ki17:14) Notwithstanding, they would not hear, but
hardened their neck, like to the neck of their fathers, who believed not in
Jehovah their God.
(2ki17:15) And they rejected his statutes, and his
covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he
testified unto them; and they followed vanity, and became vain, and (went)
after the nations that were round about them, concerning whom Jehovah had
charged them that they should not do like them.
(2ki17:16) And they forsook all the commandments of
Jehovah their God, and made them molten images, even two calves, and made an
Asherah, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal.
(Rom3:29) Or is God (the God) of Jews
only? is he not (the God) of Gentiles also? Yea, of Gentiles also:
(1ti6:15) which in its own times he shall show, who is
the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
(1ti6:16) who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom
no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom (be) honor and power eternal. Amen.
(Rev1:18) and the Living one; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive for

C Believing in Jesus
(Jon12:44) And Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
(Gal2:17) But if, while we sought to be justified in
Christ, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Christ a minister of sin? God
forbid.
(Rom3:31) Do we then make the law of none effect through

(1jo4:1) Beloved, believe not every spirit, but prove the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

(Rom9:21) Or hath not the potter a right over the clay, from the same lump to make one part a vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor?
(Isa29:16) Ye turn things upside down! Shall the potter be esteemed as clay; that the thing made should say of him that made it, He made me not; or the thing formed say of him that formed it, He hath no understanding?

when he looked unto the serpent of brass, he lived.
D Believing in people
(Jon13:2) And during supper, the devil having already put
into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's (son), to betray him,
(Luk22:3) And Satan entered into Judas who was called
Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
(Luk22:4) And he went away, and communed with the chief
priests and captains, how he might deliver him unto them.
(Luk22:5) And they were glad, and covenanted to give him
money.
(Luk22:6) And he consented, and sought opportunity to
deliver him unto them in the absence of the multitude.
(Jon6:70) Jesus answered them, Did not I choose you the
twelve, and one of you is a devil?
(Jon6:71) Now he spake of Judas (the son) of Simon
Iscariot, for he it was that should betray him, (being) one of the twelve.
(Luk8:11) Now the parable is this: The seed is the word
of God.

(Act13:8) But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by
interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn aside the proconsul from the
faith.
(Act13:9) But Saul, who is also (called) Paul, filled
with the Holy Spirit, fastened his eyes on him,
(Act13:10) and said, O full of all guile and all villany,
thou son of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to
pervert the right ways of the Lord?
(Rev16:13) And I saw (coming) out of the mouth of the
dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false
prophet, three unclean spirits, as it were frogs:
(Rev16:14) for they are spirits of demons, working signs;
which go forth unto the kings of the whole world, to gather them together unto
the war of the great day of God, the Almighty.

and whose trust Jehovah is.

waters, that spreadeth out its roots by the river, and shall not fear when heat
cometh, but its leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of
drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
(Deu13:1) If there arise in the midst of thee a prophet,
or a dreamer of dreams, and he give thee a sign or a wonder,
(Deu13:2) and the sign or the wonder come to pass,
whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast
not known, and let us serve them;
(Deu13:3) thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that
prophet, or unto that dreamer of dreams: for Jehovah your God proveth you, to
know whether ye love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your
soul.
(Deu13:4) Ye shall walk after Jehovah your God, and fear
him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and
cleave unto him.
(Deu13:5) And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams,
shall be put to death, because he hath spoken rebellion against Jehovah your
God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the
house of bondage, to draw thee aside out of the way which Jehovah thy God
commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of
thee.
(Deu13:6) If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy
son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, that is as thine
own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which
thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
(Deu13:7) of the gods of the peoples that are round about
you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even
unto the other end of the earth;
(Deu13:9) but thou shalt surely kill him; thy hand shall
be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the
people.
(Deu13:10) And thou shalt stone him to death with stones,
because he hath sought to draw thee away from Jehovah thy God, who brought thee
out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
(Deu13:11) And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall
do not more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of thee.
(Isa2:22) Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his
nostrils; for wherein is he to be accounted of?
(Mic7:5) Trust ye not in a neighbor; put ye not
confidence in a friend; keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy
bosom.
(Job4:18) Behold, he putteth no trust in his servants;
And his angels he chargeth with folly:

Yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight:

morrow. What is your life? For ye are a vapor, that appeareth for a little
time, and then vanisheth away.
(Ecc3:18) I said in my heart, (It is) because of the sons
of men, that God may prove them, and that they may see that they themselves are
(but as) beasts.
6 Types of punishments God sends: The four main punishments from God are pestilence, war, famine, and harm caused by animals
(Eze14:13) Son of man, when a land sinneth
against me by committing a trespass, and I stretch out my hand upon it, and
break the staff of the bread thereof, and send famine upon it, and cut off
from it man and beast;
(Eze14:14) though these three men, Noah,
Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their
righteousness, saith the Lord Jehovah.
(Eze14:15) If I cause evil beasts to pass through the land, and they ravage
it, and it be made desolate, so that no man may pass through because of the
beasts;
(Eze14:16) though these three men were in
it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor
daughters; they only should be delivered, but the land should be desolate.
(Eze14:17) Or if I bring a sword(war) upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so
that I cut off from it man and beast;
(Eze14:18) though these three men were in
it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor
daughters, but they only should be delivered themselves.
(Eze14:19) Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my wrath upon it in blood,
to cut off from it man and beast;
(Eze14:20) though Noah, Daniel, and Job,
were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither son
nor daughter; they should but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.
(Eze14:21) For thus saith the Lord
Jehovah: How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon
Jerusalem, the sword(war),
and the famine, and the evil beasts, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast!
(Eze14:22) Yet, behold, therein shall be
left a remnant that shall be carried forth, both sons and daughters: behold,
they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings;
and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon
Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.
(Eze14:23) And they shall comfort you,
when ye see their way and their doings; and ye shall know that I have not done
without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord Jehovah.
(Amo4:6) And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in
all your cities, and want of bread in all your places; yet have ye not returned
unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:7) And I also have withholden the rain from you,
when there were yet three months to the harvest; and I caused it to rain upon
one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained
upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
(Amo4:8) So two or three cities wandered unto one city to
drink water, and were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith
Jehovah.
(Amo4:9) I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: the
multitude of your gardens and your vineyards and your fig-trees and your
olive-trees hath the palmer-worm devoured: yet have ye not returned unto me,
saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:10) I have sent among you the pestilence after the
manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have carried
away your horses; and I have made the stench of your camp to come up even into
your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:11) I have
overthrown (cities) among you, as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye
were as a brand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me,
saith Jehovah.
(Deu11:13) And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken
diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love Jehovah
your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
(Deu11:14) that I
will give the rain of your land in its season, the former rain and the latter
rain, that thou mayest gather in thy grain, and thy new wine, and thine oil.
(Deu11:15) And I will give grass in thy fields for thy
cattle, and thou shalt eat and be full.
(Deu11:16) Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be
deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;
(Deu11:17) and the anger of Jehovah be kindled against
you, and he shut up the heavens, so that there shall be no rain, and the land
shall not yield its fruit; and ye perish quickly from off the good land which Jehovah
giveth you.
(Num16:23) And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
(Num16:24) Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you
up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.
(Num16:25) And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and
Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.
(Num16:26) And he spake unto the congregation, saying,
Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of
theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.
(Num16:27) So they gat them up from the tabernacle of
Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and
stood at the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their
little ones.
(Num16:28) And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that
Jehovah hath sent me to do all these works; for (I have) not (done them) of
mine own mind.
(Num16:29) If these men die the common death of all men,
or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then Jehovah hath not
sent me.
(Num16:30) But if Jehovah make a new thing, and the
ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them,
and they go down alive into Sheol; then ye shall understand that these men have
despised Jehovah.
(Num16:31) And it came
to pass, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave
asunder that was under them;
(Num16:32) and the
earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and all
the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.
(Num16:33) So they, and
all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed
upon them, and they perished from among the assembly.
(Num16:34) And all Israel that were round about them fled
at the cry of them; for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up.
(Num16:35) And fire came forth from
Jehovah, and devoured the two hundred and fifty men that offered the incense.
(Eze39:23) And the nations shall know that the house of Israel went
into captivity for their iniquity; because they trespassed
against me, and I hid my face from them: so I gave
them into the hand of their adversaries, and they fell all of them by the
sword.
(Eze39:24) According
to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions did I unto them; and I hid my face from them.
(Jer44:22) so that Jehovah could not longer bear, because of the
evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land become a
desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without inhabitant, as it is this
day.
(Jer44:23) Because ye have burned incense, and because
ye have sinned against Jehovah, and have not obeyed the voice of Jehovah, nor
walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore
this evil is happened unto you, as it is this day.
7 Why
man exists in this world: Following the
example of Jesus, who is the model of righteous and eternal life, we are to
live righteously according to the Bible in order to attain qualifying for eternal life.
(1pe2:20) For what glory is it, if, when ye sin, and are
buffeted (for it), ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and
suffer (for it), ye shall take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
(1pe2:21) For
hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an
example, that ye should follow his steps:
(1co11:1) Be ye
imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ.
(1jo2:6) he that saith he abideth in him ought himself
also to walk even as he walked.
(Jon8:55) and ye have not known him: but I know him; and
if I should say, I know him not, I shall be like unto you, a liar: but I know
him, and keep his word.
(1jo5:3) For this is the love of God, that we keep his
commandments: and his
commandments are not grievous.
(Jon15:10) If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in
my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his
love.
(Jon12:44) And Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on
me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
(Jon3:16) For God
so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
(Jon3:17) For God sent not the Son into the world to
judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him.
(Jon3:18) He that believeth on him is not judged: he that
believeth not hath been judged already, because he hath not believed on the
name of the only begotten Son of God.
(Jon3:19) And this is the judgment, that the light is
come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for
their works were evil.
(Jon3:20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light,
and cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved.
(Jon3:21) But he that doeth the truth(thy word is truth Jon17:17) cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, that they
have been wrought in God.
(Rom2:13) for not the hearers of the law are just before
God, but the doers of the law shall be justified:
(Jon17:3) And this is life eternal, that they should know
thee the only true God, and him whom thou didst send, (even) Jesus Christ.
(1ti2:4) who would have all men to be saved, and come to
the knowledge of the truth.
(Deu5:29) Oh that there were such a heart in them, that
they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well
with them, and with their children for ever!
(Psa112:1) Praise ye Jehovah. Blessed is the man that
feareth Jehovah, That delighteth greatly in his commandments.
(Psa112:2) His seed shall be mighty upon earth: The
generation of the upright shall be blessed.
(Psa112:3) Wealth and
riches are in his house; And his righteousness endureth for ever.
(Deu15:4) Howbeit
there shall be no poor with thee; (for Jehovah will surely bless thee in the
land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it;)
(Deu15:5) if only
thou diligently hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all
this commandment which I command thee this day.
(Deu15:6) For Jehovah thy God will bless thee, as he
promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not
borrow; and thou shalt rule over many nations, but they shall not rule over
thee.
(1ki2:3) and keep the charge of Jehovah thy God, to walk
in his ways, to keep his statutes, (and) his commandments, and his ordinances,
and his testimonies, according to that which is written in the law of Moses,
that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest
thyself.
(Jos1:7) Only be strong and very courageous, to observe
to do according to all the law, which Moses
my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left,
that thou mayest have good success whithersoever thou goest.
(Jos1:8) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy
mouth, but thou shalt meditate thereon day and night, that thou mayest observe
to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy
way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
(Pro8:17) I love them that love me; And those that seek
me diligently shall find me.
(Pro8:18) Riches and honor are with me; (Yea), durable
wealth and righteousness.
(Pro8:19) My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine
gold; And my revenue than choice silver.
(Pro8:20) I walk in the way of righteousness, In the
midst of the paths of justice;
(Pro8:21) That I may cause those that love
me to inherit substance, And that I may fill their treasuries.
8. Who rules this world: Jehovah(Yahweh) God
(Psa97:1) Jehovah reigneth; Let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles
be glad.
(Psa97:2) Clouds and darkness are round
about him: Righteousness and justice are
the foundation of his throne.
(Psa103:19) Jehovah hath established his throne in the
heavens; And his kingdom ruleth over all.
(2ch20:6) and he
said, O Jehovah, the God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and art not thou ruler over all the kingdoms of
the nations? and in thy hand is power and might, so that none is able to
withstand thee.
(Dan4:25) that thou shalt be driven from men, and thy
dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and thou shalt be made to eat
grass as oxen, and shalt be wet with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall
pass over thee; till thou know that the
Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
(Dan4:26) And whereas they commanded to leave the stump
of the roots of the tree; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou
shalt have known that the heavens do rule.
(Dan5:18) O thou
king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father the kingdom, and
greatness, and glory, and majesty:
(Dan5:19) and because of the greatness that he gave him,
all the peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him: whom he
would he slew, and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he raised up,
and whom he would he put down.
(Dan5:20) But when his heart was lifted up, and his
spirit was hardened so that he dealt proudly, he was deposed from his kingly
throne, and they took his glory from him:
(Dan5:21) and he was driven from the sons of men, and his
heart was made like the beasts', and his dwelling was with the wild asses; he
was fed with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven;
until he knew that the Most High God
ruleth in the kingdom of men, and that he setteth up over it whomsoever he
will.
(Jer18:1) The word which came to Jeremiah from Jehovah,
saying,
(Jer18:2) Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and
there I will cause thee to hear my words.
(Jer18:3) Then I went down to the potter's house, and,
behold, he was making a work on the wheels.
(Jer18:4) And when the vessel that he made of the clay
was marred in the hand of the potter, he made it again another vessel, as
seemed good to the potter to make it.
(Jer18:5) Then the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
(Jer18:6) O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this
potter? saith Jehovah. Behold, as the clay in the potter's hand, so are ye in
my hand, O house of Israel.
(Jer18:7) At what instant
I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up and to
break down and to destroy it;
(Jer18:8) if that
nation, concerning which I have spoken, turn from their evil, I will repent of
the evil that I thought to do unto them.
(Jer18:9) And at what
instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build
and to plant it;
(Jer18:10) if they do that which is evil
in my sight, that they obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good,
wherewith I said I would benefit them.
(Deu32:39) See now
that I, even I, am he, And there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal; And there is none that
can deliver out of my hand.
(1sa2:6) Jehovah
killeth, and maketh alive: He bringeth down to Sheol, and bringeth up.
(1sa2:7) Jehovah
maketh poor, and maketh rich: He bringeth low, he also lifteth up.
(1sa17:47) and that all this assembly may know that
Jehovah saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is Jehovah's, and he will give you into our hand.
(2ch33:8) neither will I any more remove the foot of
Israel from off the land which I have appointed for your fathers, if only they
will observe to do all that I have commanded them, even all the law and the
statutes and the ordinances (given) by Moses.
(2ch33:9) And Manasseh seduced Judah and the inhabitants
of Jerusalem, so that they did evil more than did the nations whom Jehovah
destroyed before the children of Israel.
(2ch33:10) And Jehovah spake to Manasseh, and to his
people; but they gave no heed.
(2ch33:11) Wherefore
Jehovah brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria,
who took Manasseh in chains, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to
Babylon.
(2ch33:12) And when he was in distress, he besought
Jehovah his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers.
(2ch33:13) And he
prayed unto him; and he was entreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his
kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that Jehovah he was God.
(2ch14:12) So Jehovah smote the Ethiopians before Asa,
and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.
(2ch15:5) And in those times there was no peace to him
that went out, nor to him that came in; but great vexations were upon all the
inhabitants of the lands.
(2ch15:6)
And they were broken in pieces, nation against nation, and city against city;
for God did vex them with all adversity.
(Jer51:1) Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I
will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in Leb-kamai, a
destroying wind.
(Jer51:11) Make
sharp the arrows; hold firm the shields: Jehovah hath stirred up the spirit of
the kings of the Medes; because his purpose is against Babylon, to destroy
it: for it is the vengeance of Jehovah, the vengeance of his temple.
(Jos11:20) For it
was of Jehovah to harden their hearts, to come against Israel in battle, that
he might utterly destroy them, that they might have no favor, but that he
might destroy them, as Jehovah commanded Moses.
(Deu2:24) Rise ye up,
take your journey, and pass over the valley of the Arnon: behold, I have given
into thy hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; begin to
possess it, and contend with him in battle.
(Deu2:25) This day
will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the peoples
that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear the report of thee, and
shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.
(Deu2:26) And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of
Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,
(Deu2:27) Let me pass through thy land: I will go along
by the highway, I will turn neither unto the right hand nor to the left.
(Deu2:28) Thou shalt sell me food for money, that I may
eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only let me pass through on
my feet,
(Deu2:29) as the children of Esau that dwell in Seir, and
the Moabites that dwell in Ar, did unto me; until I shall pass over the Jordan
into the land which Jehovah our God giveth us.
(Deu2:30) But Sihon
king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him; for Jehovah thy God hardened his
spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand,
as at this day.
(Deu2:31) And
Jehovah said unto me, Behold, I have begun to deliver up Sihon and his land
before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.
(Deu2:32) Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his
people, unto battle at Jahaz.
(Deu2:33) And
Jehovah our God delivered him up before us; and we smote him, and his sons,
and all his people.
(Deu2:34) And we took all his cities at that time, and
utterly destroyed every inhabited city, with the women and the little ones; we
left none remaining:
(Deu2:35) only the cattle we took for a prey unto
ourselves, with the spoil of the cities which we had taken.
(Deu2:36) From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley
of the Arnon, and (from) the city that is in the valley, even unto Gilead,
there was not a city too high for us; Jehovah our God delivered up all before
us:
(Deu2:37) only to the land of the children
of Ammon thou camest not near; all the side of the river Jabbok, and the cities
of the hill-country, and wheresoever Jehovah our God forbade us.
(Jos10:30) and Jehovah
delivered it also, and the king thereof, into the hand of Israel; and he
smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein; he
left none remaining in it; and he did unto the king thereof as he had done unto
the king of Jericho.
(Jos10:31) And Joshua passed from Libnah, and all Israel
with him, unto Lachish, and encamped against it, and fought against it:
(Jos10:32) and Jehovah
delivered Lachish into the hand of Israel; and he took it on the second
day, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were
therein, according to all that he had done to Libnah.
(Jdg6:1) And the
children of Israel did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah: and Jehovah
delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.
(Jdg6:2) And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel;
and because of Midian the children of Israel made them the dens which are in
the mountains, and the caves, and the strongholds.
(Jdg6:3) And so it was, when Israel had sown, that the
Midianites came up, and the Amalekites, and the children of the east; they came
up against them;
(Jdg6:4) and they encamped against them, and destroyed
the increase of the earth, till thou come unto Gaza, and left no sustenance in
Israel, neither sheep, nor ox, nor ass.
(Jdg6:5) For they came up with their cattle and their
tents; they came in as locusts for multitude; both they and their camels were
without number: and they came into the land to destroy it.
(Jdg6:6) And Israel
was brought very low because of Midian; and the children of Israel cried unto
Jehovah.
(Jdg13:1) And the children of Israel again did that which
was evil in the sight of Jehovah; and Jehovah delivered them into the hand of
the Philistines forty years.
(2ki13:1) In the three and twentieth year of Joash the son
of Ahaziah, king of Judah, Jehoahaz the son of Jehu began to reign over Israel
in Samaria, (and reigned) seventeen years.
(2ki13:2) And he did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, and followed the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat,
wherewith he made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom.
(2ki13:3) And the anger
of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hand of
Hazael king of Syria, and into the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael,
continually.
(2ki13:4) And Jehoahaz besought Jehovah, and Jehovah
hearkened unto him; for he saw the oppression of Israel, how that the king of
Syria oppressed them.
(2ki13:5) (And
Jehovah gave Israel a saviour, so that they went out from under the hand of the
Syrians; and the children of Israel dwelt in their tents as beforetime.
(2ki17:19) Also Judah
kept not the commandments of Jehovah their God, but walked in the statutes of
Israel which they made.
(2ki17:20) And Jehovah
rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into
the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight.
(2ki17:21) For he rent Israel from the house of David;
and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king: and Jeroboam drove Israel from
following Jehovah, and made them sin a great sin.
(2ki17:22) And the children of Israel walked in all the
sins of Jeroboam which he did; they departed not from them;
(2ki17:23) until Jehovah removed Israel out of his sight,
as he spake by all his servants the prophets. So Israel was carried away out of
their own land to Assyria unto this day.
(2ch24:23) And it came to pass at the end of the year,
that the army of the Syrians came up against him: and they came to Judah and
Jerusalem, and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people,
and sent all the spoil of them unto the king of Damascus.
(2ch24:24) For the
army of the Syrians came with a small company of men; and Jehovah delivered a
very great host into their hand, because
they had forsaken Jehovah, the God of their fathers. So they executed judgment
upon Joash.
(2ch36:15) And Jehovah, the God of their fathers, sent to
them by his messengers, rising up early and sending, because he had compassion
on his people, and on his dwelling-place:
(2ch36:16) but they mocked the messengers of God, and
despised his words, and scoffed at his prophets, until the wrath of Jehovah
arose against his people, till there was no remedy.
(2ch36:17) Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldeans, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of
their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or virgin, old man or
hoary-headed: he gave them all into his hand.
(2ch36:18) And all the vessels of the house of God, great
and small, and the treasures of the house of Jehovah, and the treasures of the
king, and of his princes, all these he brought to Babylon.
(2ch36:19) And they burnt the house of God, and brake
down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and
destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.
(2ch36:20) And them
that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; and they were
servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia:
(Psa106:34) They did not destroy the peoples, As Jehovah
commanded them,
(Psa106:35) But mingled themselves with the nations, And
learned their works,
(Psa106:36) And served their idols, Which became a snare
unto them.
(Psa106:37) Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their
daughters unto demons,
(Psa106:38) And shed innocent blood, Even the blood of
their sons and of their daughters, Whom they sacrificed unto the idols of
Canaan; And the land was polluted with blood.
(Psa106:39) Thus were they defiled with their works, And
played the harlot in their doings.
(Psa106:40) Therefore was the wrath of Jehovah kindled
against his people, And he abhorred his inheritance.
(Psa106:41) And he gave them into the hand of the nations; And they that hated them ruled over them.
(Psa106:42) Their enemies also oppressed them, And they
were brought into subjection under their hand.
(Psa106:43) Many
times did he deliver them; But they were rebellious in their counsel, And were
brought low in their iniquity.
(Isa19:4) And I will give
over the Egyptians into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord,
Jehovah of hosts.
(Isa42:24) Who gave
Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not Jehovah? he against whom we
have sinned, and in whose ways they would not walk, neither were they obedient
unto his law.
(Isa42:25) Therefore
he poured upon him the fierceness of his anger, and the strength of battle; and
it set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid
it not to heart.
(Exo14:4) And I will
harden Pharaoh's heart, and he
shall follow after them; and I will get me honor upon Pharaoh, and upon all his
host: and the Egyptians shall know that I am Jehovah. And they did so.
(Exo10:1) And Jehovah said unto Moses, Go in unto
Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart,
and the heart of his servants, that I may show these my signs in the midst
of them,
(Exo10:2) and that thou mayest tell in the ears of thy
son, and of thy son's son, what things I have wrought upon Egypt, and my signs
which I have done among them; that ye may know that I am Jehovah.
(Gen35:5) And they journeyed: and a terror of God was
upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after

Jehovah God made and preserves this world and its inhabitants, and He rules this world with fair reward and punishment according to His laws written in the Bible.
The typical punishments God sends include ‘pestilence, war, famine, and harm caused by animals.
There are no coincidences in this world, and every effect has a cause.
The rise and fall of the nations as discussed in the Bible and the rise and fall of the nations we learn in school have quite different perspectives.
The laws of the Bible are broadly divided into the ‘to love God and love thy neighbor.
When there are excessive problems with this ‘to love God and love thy neighbor’, God punishes nations or people with ‘plague, war, famine, and harm caused by animals.
As a result, some nations disappear or they become enslaved(colonized). (Well-known examples include the Incan civilization, Angkor Wat, and Pompeii as well as the destruction of Canaan and Sodom and Gomorrah, as described in the Bible, etc.).
These punishments are the same for nations and individuals.
It is impossible for human beings to understand God’s long suffering, which is one of His personality traits. Therefore, when God punishes people with ‘pestilence, war, famine, and harm caused by animals, people must repent of their wrongdoing. If we do not repent of our wrongdoing, God's people(true Christians) will continue to receive seven times more severe punishment.
If God gives a deadly disease to a person, even if it is only a cold, that person has no choice and will die. If it is not a deadly disease, then that cold must persist for a certain period of time. The types of diseases God gives to man are infinite.
God teaches us this information through experiences using contents from the Bible and spirits that are invisible to human eyes. We ultimately come to believe even those contents of the Bible that we do not personally experience.
As an example, let us take the history of the Republic of Korea. We are aware of the 36-year colonial rule of Japan, as well as the Korean War that broke out on June 25th, 1950.
Ever since I came to know God by His grace, I have always wondered what Korea did wrong to deserve such a terrible discipline as the war between the same nation, between South Korea and North Korea, right after the oppression of Japan.
Every time I heard stories about the sex slaves(comfort women) for Japanese soldiers, I became furious and disgraced as their descendant.
Only recently did I figure out the reason for these events.
It was a system of slavery operated during the Joseon Dynasty run by Yi family.
This system of slavery lasted for 600 years during the Joseon Dynasty. This system of enslaving more than 50 % of their own people was unprecedented in the world history.
I wondered why this historical event, which should never happen again, is not taught in schools.
It was because I thought that schools must teach the truth not to repeat the same tragedy.
I became concerned that this part of history is not taught for the same reasons why Japan distorted Korea’s historical truth. I was worried that similar history would repeat itself.
I was worried that the government’s unfair treatment of tenants in commercial properties due to COVID-19 pandemic was symptomatic of this.
I think that it is possible to reform such education system into practical education system that highly regards the teaching of character and health by reorganizing this economic system.
This is because the foundation of God's reign is righteousness and justice.
The Bible says that ‘the man that commits adultery with another man's wife the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death’. The Bible even tells us not to have lustful thought in our hearts.
Nonetheless, the Korean judiciary abolished the law against adultery.
The Bible says that even those who commit the crime of kidnapping shall surely be put to death, too.
The bible also tell us that ‘having sex in a way that avoids pregnancy’ is an act of blasphemy to God. This is because it is God's inherent authority to determine the ‘time of pregnancy of children and the number of children’.
In the past, the Korean government promoted the ‘having sex in a way that avoids pregnancy’.
Of course, there is no country in the world that makes and applies laws at the same level of the laws of the Bible.
However, since the laws of the Bible are the principles of human life, the laws of the Bible allow us to see the world more accurately.
Among the crimes against God and crimes against people, the seriousness of crimes against humanity can be better understood when you look at the Bible verses(laws) that include the phrase ‘surely be put to death’ in the Bible.

(‘Pregnancy and childbirth’ are the processes by which God creates a person.
Since God has the inherent authority to decide the timing of a pregnancy and the number of children that are born, contraception is an ungodly act that insults God.
‘Having sex in a manner that avoids pregnancy’ is just two people being masturbation tools for each other.
Christian who received the Holy Spirit cannot have ‘sex in a manner that avoids pregnancy’, knowing that contraception is blasphemy.)
(I prayed to Jehovah God to let me know whether contraception was right or wrong. As soon as the prayer is over, he let me know that having sex in a way that avoids pregnancy is not right.
So I realized that it's very dumbfounding, absurd, and shameful that I had sex in a way that avoids pregnancy in my past, in front of Jehovah God. For a while, I couldn't have sex with my wife out of fear of Jehovah.
In the past, God revealed to me the date I would die. I still have about 20 years left until the day I die. I didn't think I could go on without having sexual relations for so long.
However, I was too ashamed to ask Jehovah God what I should do in the future.
After that, the following words from the Bible came to my mind, ‘Jesus hears when someone prays to Him'. So, in my mind(without speaking), I prayed to Jesus just as I am. Immediately, he told me many things, including ‘You must reverse your wife's sterilization procedure' in a perfect language.)

3. If you do not repent: God will punish you more severely
(Lev26:15) and if ye shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhor mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant;
(Lev26:16) I also will do this unto you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away; and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
(Lev26:17) And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be smitten before your enemies: they that hate you shall rule over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

(Luk8:12) And those by the way side are they that have heard; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word from their heart, that they may not believe and be saved.

(Mat16:23) But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art a stumbling-block unto me: for thou mindest not the things of God, but the things of men.
(Act13:6) And when they had gone through the whole island unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus;
(Act13:7) who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, a man of understanding. The same called unto him Barnabas and Saul, and sought to hear the word of God.
(Act13:8) But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn aside the proconsul from the faith.
(Act13:9) But Saul, who is also (called) Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, fastened his eyes on him,
(Act13:10) and said, O full of all guile and all villany, thou son of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
(Rev16:13) And I saw (coming) out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as it were frogs:
(Rev16:14) for they are spirits of demons, working signs; which go forth unto the kings of the whole world, to gather them together unto the war of the great day of God, the Almighty.
(Mat7:22) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works?
(Mat7:23) And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
(Mat15:13) But he answered and said, Every plant which my heavenly Father planted not, shall be rooted up.
(Mat15:14) Let them alone: they are blind guides. And if the blind guide the blind, both shall fall into a pit.
(Jer17:5) Thus saith Jehovah: Cursed is the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from Jehovah.
(Jer17:6) For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, a salt land and not inhabited.
(Jer17:7) Blessed is the man that trusteth in Jehovah, and whose trust Jehovah is.
(Jer17:8) For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, that spreadeth out its roots by the river, and shall not fear when heat cometh, but its leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
(Deu13:1) If there arise in the midst of thee a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and he give thee a sign or a wonder,
(Deu13:2) and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
(Deu13:3) thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or unto that dreamer of dreams: for Jehovah your God proveth you, to know whether ye love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
(Deu13:4) Ye shall walk after Jehovah your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
(Deu13:5) And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death, because he hath spoken rebellion against Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of bondage, to draw thee aside out of the way which Jehovah thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.
(Deu13:6) If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, that is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
(Deu13:7) of the gods of the peoples that are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
(Deu13:8) thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:
(Deu13:9) but thou shalt surely kill him; thy hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
(Deu13:10) And thou shalt stone him to death with stones, because he hath sought to draw thee away from Jehovah thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
(Deu13:11) And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do not more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of thee.
(Isa2:22) Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils; for wherein is he to be accounted of?
(Mic7:5) Trust ye not in a neighbor; put ye not confidence in a friend; keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
(Job4:18) Behold, he putteth no trust in his servants; And his angels he chargeth with folly:
(Job15:15) Behold, he putteth no trust in his holy ones; Yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight:
(Job25:6) How much less man, that is a worm! And the son of man, that is a worm!
(Jam4:14) whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. What is your life? For ye are a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
(Ecc3:18) I said in my heart, (It is) because of the sons of men, that God may prove them, and that they may see that they themselves are (but as) beasts.
6 Types of punishments God sends: The four main punishments from God are pestilence, war, famine, and harm caused by animals
(Eze14:13) Son of man, when a land sinneth against me by committing a trespass, and I stretch out my hand upon it, and break the staff of the bread thereof, and send famine upon it, and cut off from it man and beast;
(Eze14:14) though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord Jehovah.
(Eze14:15) If I cause evil beasts to pass through the land, and they ravage it, and it be made desolate, so that no man may pass through because of the beasts;
(Eze14:16) though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only should be delivered, but the land should be desolate.
(Eze14:17) Or if I bring a sword(war) upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off from it man and beast;
(Eze14:18) though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only should be delivered themselves.
(Eze14:19) Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my wrath upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast;
(Eze14:20) though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither son nor daughter; they should but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.
(Eze14:21) For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword(war), and the famine, and the evil beasts, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast!
(Eze14:22) Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be carried forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings; and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.
(Eze14:23) And they shall comfort you, when ye see their way and their doings; and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord Jehovah.
(Amo4:6) And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places; yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:7) And I also have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest; and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
(Amo4:8) So two or three cities wandered unto one city to drink water, and were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:9) I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: the multitude of your gardens and your vineyards and your fig-trees and your olive-trees hath the palmer-worm devoured: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:10) I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have carried away your horses; and I have made the stench of your camp to come up even into your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Amo4:11) I have overthrown (cities) among you, as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a brand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith Jehovah.
(Deu11:13) And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love Jehovah your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
(Deu11:14) that I will give the rain of your land in its season, the former rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy grain, and thy new wine, and thine oil.
(Deu11:15) And I will give grass in thy fields for thy cattle, and thou shalt eat and be full.
(Deu11:16) Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;
(Deu11:17) and the anger of Jehovah be kindled against you, and he shut up the heavens, so that there shall be no rain, and the land shall not yield its fruit; and ye perish quickly from off the good land which Jehovah giveth you.
(Num16:23) And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
(Num16:24) Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.
(Num16:25) And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.
(Num16:26) And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.
(Num16:27) So they gat them up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood at the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little ones.
(Num16:28) And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that Jehovah hath sent me to do all these works; for (I have) not (done them) of mine own mind.
(Num16:29) If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then Jehovah hath not sent me.
(Num16:30) But if Jehovah make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down alive into Sheol; then ye shall understand that these men have despised Jehovah.
(Num16:31) And it came to pass, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them;
(Num16:32) and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.
(Num16:33) So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed upon them, and they perished from among the assembly.
(Num16:34) And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them; for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up.
(Num16:35) And fire came forth from Jehovah, and devoured the two hundred and fifty men that offered the incense.
(Eze39:23) And the nations shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity; because they trespassed against me, and I hid my face from them: so I gave them into the hand of their adversaries, and they fell all of them by the sword.
(Eze39:24) According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions did I unto them; and I hid my face from them.
(Jer44:22) so that Jehovah could not longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land become a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without inhabitant, as it is this day.
(Jer44:23) Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against Jehovah, and have not obeyed the voice of Jehovah, nor walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as it is this day.
7 Why man exists in this world: Following the example of Jesus, who is the model of righteous and eternal life, we are to live righteously according to the Bible in order to attain qualifying for eternal life.
(1pe2:20) For what glory is it, if, when ye sin, and are buffeted (for it), ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer (for it), ye shall take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
(1pe2:21) For hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that ye should follow his steps:
(1co11:1) Be ye imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ.
(1jo2:6) he that saith he abideth in him ought himself also to walk even as he walked.
(Jon8:55) and ye have not known him: but I know him; and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be like unto you, a liar: but I know him, and keep his word.
(1jo5:3) For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
(Jon15:10) If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
(Jon12:44) And Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
(Jon3:16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
(Jon3:17) For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him.
(Jon3:18) He that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath been judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God.
(Jon3:19) And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil.
(Jon3:20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved.
(Jon3:21) But he that doeth the truth(thy word is truth Jon17:17) cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, that they have been wrought in God.
(Rom2:13) for not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified:
(Jon17:3) And this is life eternal, that they should know thee the only true God, and him whom thou didst send, (even) Jesus Christ.
(1ti2:4) who would have all men to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth.
(Deu5:29) Oh that there were such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
(Psa112:1) Praise ye Jehovah. Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah, That delighteth greatly in his commandments.
(Psa112:2) His seed shall be mighty upon earth: The generation of the upright shall be blessed.
(Psa112:3) Wealth and riches are in his house; And his righteousness endureth for ever.
(Deu15:4) Howbeit there shall be no poor with thee; (for Jehovah will surely bless thee in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it;)
(Deu15:5) if only thou diligently hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all this commandment which I command thee this day.
(Deu15:6) For Jehovah thy God will bless thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt rule over many nations, but they shall not rule over thee.
(1ki2:3) and keep the charge of Jehovah thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, (and) his commandments, and his ordinances, and his testimonies, according to that which is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself.
(Jos1:7) Only be strong and very courageous, to observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest have good success whithersoever thou goest.
(Jos1:8) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate thereon day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
(Pro8:17) I love them that love me; And those that seek me diligently shall find me.
(Pro8:18) Riches and honor are with me; (Yea), durable wealth and righteousness.
(Pro8:19) My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; And my revenue than choice silver.
(Pro8:20) I walk in the way of righteousness, In the midst of the paths of justice;
(Pro8:21) That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance, And that I may fill their treasuries.
8. Who rules this world: Jehovah(Yahweh) God
(Psa97:1) Jehovah reigneth; Let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles be glad.
(Psa97:2) Clouds and darkness are round about him: Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
(Psa103:19) Jehovah hath established his throne in the heavens; And his kingdom ruleth over all.
(2ch20:6) and he said, O Jehovah, the God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and art not thou ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? and in thy hand is power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee.
(Dan4:25) that thou shalt be driven from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and thou shalt be made to eat grass as oxen, and shalt be wet with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee; till thou know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
(Dan4:26) And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the roots of the tree; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.
(Dan5:18) O thou king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father the kingdom, and greatness, and glory, and majesty:
(Dan5:19) and because of the greatness that he gave him, all the peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew, and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he raised up, and whom he would he put down.
(Dan5:20) But when his heart was lifted up, and his spirit was hardened so that he dealt proudly, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:
(Dan5:21) and he was driven from the sons of men, and his heart was made like the beasts', and his dwelling was with the wild asses; he was fed with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; until he knew that the Most High God ruleth in the kingdom of men, and that he setteth up over it whomsoever he will.
(Jer18:1) The word which came to Jeremiah from Jehovah, saying,
(Jer18:2) Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
(Jer18:3) Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he was making a work on the wheels.
(Jer18:4) And when the vessel that he made of the clay was marred in the hand of the potter, he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
(Jer18:5) Then the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
(Jer18:6) O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith Jehovah. Behold, as the clay in the potter's hand, so are ye in my hand, O house of Israel.
(Jer18:7) At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy it;
(Jer18:8) if that nation, concerning which I have spoken, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.
(Jer18:9) And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;
(Jer18:10) if they do that which is evil in my sight, that they obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.
(Deu32:39) See now that I, even I, am he, And there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal; And there is none that can deliver out of my hand.
(1sa2:6) Jehovah killeth, and maketh alive: He bringeth down to Sheol, and bringeth up.
(1sa2:7) Jehovah maketh poor, and maketh rich: He bringeth low, he also lifteth up.
(1sa17:47) and that all this assembly may know that Jehovah saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is Jehovah's, and he will give you into our hand.
(2ch33:8) neither will I any more remove the foot of Israel from off the land which I have appointed for your fathers, if only they will observe to do all that I have commanded them, even all the law and the statutes and the ordinances (given) by Moses.
(2ch33:9) And Manasseh seduced Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that they did evil more than did the nations whom Jehovah destroyed before the children of Israel.
(2ch33:10) And Jehovah spake to Manasseh, and to his people; but they gave no heed.
(2ch33:11) Wherefore Jehovah brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, who took Manasseh in chains, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.
(2ch33:12) And when he was in distress, he besought Jehovah his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers.
(2ch33:13) And he prayed unto him; and he was entreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that Jehovah he was God.
(2ch14:12) So Jehovah smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.
(2ch15:5) And in those times there was no peace to him that went out, nor to him that came in; but great vexations were upon all the inhabitants of the lands.
(2ch15:6) And they were broken in pieces, nation against nation, and city against city; for God did vex them with all adversity.
(Jer51:1) Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in Leb-kamai, a destroying wind.
(Jer51:11) Make sharp the arrows; hold firm the shields: Jehovah hath stirred up the spirit of the kings of the Medes; because his purpose is against Babylon, to destroy it: for it is the vengeance of Jehovah, the vengeance of his temple.
(Jos11:20) For it was of Jehovah to harden their hearts, to come against Israel in battle, that he might utterly destroy them, that they might have no favor, but that he might destroy them, as Jehovah commanded Moses.
(Deu2:24) Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the valley of the Arnon: behold, I have given into thy hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.
(Deu2:25) This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the peoples that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear the report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.
(Deu2:26) And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,
(Deu2:27) Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the highway, I will turn neither unto the right hand nor to the left.
(Deu2:28) Thou shalt sell me food for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only let me pass through on my feet,
(Deu2:29) as the children of Esau that dwell in Seir, and the Moabites that dwell in Ar, did unto me; until I shall pass over the Jordan into the land which Jehovah our God giveth us.
(Deu2:30) But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him; for Jehovah thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as at this day.
(Deu2:31) And Jehovah said unto me, Behold, I have begun to deliver up Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.
(Deu2:32) Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, unto battle at Jahaz.
(Deu2:33) And Jehovah our God delivered him up before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people.
(Deu2:34) And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed every inhabited city, with the women and the little ones; we left none remaining:
(Deu2:35) only the cattle we took for a prey unto ourselves, with the spoil of the cities which we had taken.
(Deu2:36) From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and (from) the city that is in the valley, even unto Gilead, there was not a city too high for us; Jehovah our God delivered up all before us:
(Deu2:37) only to the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not near; all the side of the river Jabbok, and the cities of the hill-country, and wheresoever Jehovah our God forbade us.
(Jos10:30) and Jehovah delivered it also, and the king thereof, into the hand of Israel; and he smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein; he left none remaining in it; and he did unto the king thereof as he had done unto the king of Jericho.
(Jos10:31) And Joshua passed from Libnah, and all Israel with him, unto Lachish, and encamped against it, and fought against it:
(Jos10:32) and Jehovah delivered Lachish into the hand of Israel; and he took it on the second day, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein, according to all that he had done to Libnah.
(Jdg6:1) And the children of Israel did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah: and Jehovah delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.
(Jdg6:2) And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel; and because of Midian the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains, and the caves, and the strongholds.
(Jdg6:3) And so it was, when Israel had sown, that the Midianites came up, and the Amalekites, and the children of the east; they came up against them;
(Jdg6:4) and they encamped against them, and destroyed the increase of the earth, till thou come unto Gaza, and left no sustenance in Israel, neither sheep, nor ox, nor ass.
(Jdg6:5) For they came up with their cattle and their tents; they came in as locusts for multitude; both they and their camels were without number: and they came into the land to destroy it.
(Jdg6:6) And Israel was brought very low because of Midian; and the children of Israel cried unto Jehovah.
(Jdg13:1) And the children of Israel again did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah; and Jehovah delivered them into the hand of the Philistines forty years.
(2ki13:1) In the three and twentieth year of Joash the son of Ahaziah, king of Judah, Jehoahaz the son of Jehu began to reign over Israel in Samaria, (and reigned) seventeen years.
(2ki13:2) And he did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, and followed the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, wherewith he made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom.
(2ki13:3) And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hand of Hazael king of Syria, and into the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael, continually.
(2ki13:4) And Jehoahaz besought Jehovah, and Jehovah hearkened unto him; for he saw the oppression of Israel, how that the king of Syria oppressed them.
(2ki13:5) (And Jehovah gave Israel a saviour, so that they went out from under the hand of the Syrians; and the children of Israel dwelt in their tents as beforetime.
(2ki17:19) Also Judah kept not the commandments of Jehovah their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made.
(2ki17:20) And Jehovah rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight.
(2ki17:21) For he rent Israel from the house of David; and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king: and Jeroboam drove Israel from following Jehovah, and made them sin a great sin.
(2ki17:22) And the children of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam which he did; they departed not from them;
(2ki17:23) until Jehovah removed Israel out of his sight, as he spake by all his servants the prophets. So Israel was carried away out of their own land to Assyria unto this day.
(2ch24:23) And it came to pass at the end of the year, that the army of the Syrians came up against him: and they came to Judah and Jerusalem, and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people, and sent all the spoil of them unto the king of Damascus.
(2ch24:24) For the army of the Syrians came with a small company of men; and Jehovah delivered a very great host into their hand, because they had forsaken Jehovah, the God of their fathers. So they executed judgment upon Joash.
(2ch36:15) And Jehovah, the God of their fathers, sent to them by his messengers, rising up early and sending, because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling-place:
(2ch36:16) but they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and scoffed at his prophets, until the wrath of Jehovah arose against his people, till there was no remedy.
(2ch36:17) Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldeans, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or virgin, old man or hoary-headed: he gave them all into his hand.
(2ch36:18) And all the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the house of Jehovah, and the treasures of the king, and of his princes, all these he brought to Babylon.
(2ch36:19) And they burnt the house of God, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.
(2ch36:20) And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; and they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia:
(Psa106:34) They did not destroy the peoples, As Jehovah commanded them,
(Psa106:35) But mingled themselves with the nations, And learned their works,
(Psa106:36) And served their idols, Which became a snare unto them.
(Psa106:37) Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto demons,
(Psa106:38) And shed innocent blood, Even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, Whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan; And the land was polluted with blood.
(Psa106:39) Thus were they defiled with their works, And played the harlot in their doings.
(Psa106:40) Therefore was the wrath of Jehovah kindled against his people, And he abhorred his inheritance.
(Psa106:41) And he gave them into the hand of the nations; And they that hated them ruled over them.
(Psa106:42) Their enemies also oppressed them, And they were brought into subjection under their hand.
(Psa106:43) Many times did he deliver them; But they were rebellious in their counsel, And were brought low in their iniquity.
(Isa19:4) And I will give over the Egyptians into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, Jehovah of hosts.
(Isa42:24) Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not Jehovah? he against whom we have sinned, and in whose ways they would not walk, neither were they obedient unto his law.
(Isa42:25) Therefore he poured upon him the fierceness of his anger, and the strength of battle; and it set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.
(Exo14:4) And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he shall follow after them; and I will get me honor upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host: and the Egyptians shall know that I am Jehovah. And they did so.
(Exo10:1) And Jehovah said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I may show these my signs in the midst of them,
(Exo10:2) and that thou mayest tell in the ears of thy son, and of thy son's son, what things I have wrought upon Egypt, and my signs which I have done among them; that ye may know that I am Jehovah.
(Gen35:5) And they journeyed: and a terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob.
(1ki22:19) And (Micaiah) said, Therefore hear thou the word of Jehovah: I saw Jehovah sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.
(1ki22:20) And Jehovah said, Who shall entice Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead? And one said on this manner; and another said on that manner.
(1ki22:21) And there came forth a spirit, and stood before Jehovah, and said, I will entice him.
(1ki22:22) And Jehovah said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt entice him, and shalt prevail also: go forth, and do so.
(1ki22:23) Now therefore, behold, Jehovah hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets; and Jehovah hath spoken evil concerning thee.
(Job36:26) Behold, God is great, and we know him not; The number of his years is unsearchable.
(Job36:27) For he draweth up the drops of water, Which distil in rain from his vapor,
(Job36:28) Which the skies pour down And drop upon man abundantly.
(Job36:29) Yea, can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, The thunderings of his pavilion?
(Job36:30) Behold, he spreadeth his light around him; And he covereth the bottom of the sea.
(Job36:31) For by these he judgeth the peoples; He giveth food in abundance.
(Psa147:7) Sing unto Jehovah with thanksgiving; Sing praises upon the harp unto our God,
(Psa147:8) Who covereth the heavens with clouds, Who prepareth rain for the earth, Who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
(Psa147:9) He giveth to the beast his food, (And) to the young ravens which cry.
(Psa147:10) He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man.
(Psa147:11) Jehovah taketh pleasure in them that fear him, In those that hope in his lovingkindness.
(Psa147:12) Praise Jehovah, O Jerusalem; Praise thy God, O Zion.
(Act14:16) who in the generations gone by suffered all the nations to walk in their own ways.
(Act14:17) And yet He left not himself without witness, in that he did good and gave you from heaven rains and fruitful seasons, filling your hearts with food and gladness.
(Jer5:24) Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear Jehovah our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in its season; that preserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.
(2ch15:15) And all Judah rejoiced at the oath; for they had sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and he was found of them: and Jehovah gave them rest round about.

(2ch17:3) And Jehovah was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and sought not unto the Baalim,
(2ch17:4) but sought to the God of his father, and walked in his commandments, and not after the doings of Israel.
(2ch17:5) Therefore Jehovah established the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehoshaphat tribute; and he had riches and honor in abundance.
(2ch31:20) And thus did Hezekiah throughout all Judah; and he wrought that which was good and right and faithful before Jehovah his God.
(2ch31:21) And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered.
(Deu28:1) And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that Jehovah thy God will set thee on high above all the nations of the earth:
(Deu28:2) and all these blessings shall come upon thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God.
(Deu28:3) Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.
(Deu28:4) Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy beasts, the increase of thy cattle, and the young of thy flock.
(Deu28:5) Blessed shall be thy basket and thy kneading-trough.
(Deu28:6) Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
(Deu28:7) Jehovah will cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thee: they shall come out against thee one way, and shall flee before thee seven ways.
(Deu28:8) Jehovah will command the blessing upon thee in thy barns, and in all that thou puttest thy hand unto; and he will bless thee in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee.
(Deu28:9) Jehovah will establish thee for a holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee; if thou shalt keep the commandments of Jehovah thy God, and walk in his ways.
(Deu28:10) And all the peoples of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of Jehovah; and they shall be afraid of thee.
(Deu28:11) And Jehovah will make thee plenteous for good, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
(Deu28:12) Jehovah will open unto thee his good treasure the heavens, to give the rain of thy land in its season, and to bless all the work of thy hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
(Deu28:13) And Jehovah will make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if thou shalt hearken unto the commandments of Jehovah thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do (them),
(Deu28:14) and shalt not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
(Deu28:43) The sojourner that is in the midst of thee shall mount up above thee higher and higher; and thou shalt come down lower and lower.
(Deu28:44) He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.
(Deu28:45) And all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:
(Deu28:46) and they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.
(Deu4:5) Behold, I have taught you statutes and ordinances, even as Jehovah my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the midst of the land whither ye go in to possess it.
(Deu4:6) Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, that shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
