
This is a very well known Indian recipe. The special taste of curry and hot chili makes it a loved recipe by everyone.

Ingredients
1 chicken, whole
3 onions, medium size, diced
2 green peppers, large size, diced
1 green chili pepper, cut into small pieces
2 tomatoes, medium size, diced
1 chicken stock cube
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp sugar
2 cups water
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Wash chicken well. Boil until tender. Strain and reserve one cup of chicken broth. Debone chicken and cut into large sized pieces.
2. In a saucepan heat and stir oil and onions until golden. Add green and chili peppers and stir for 3 minutes until peppers are semi-tender. Add tomatoes and stir for 2 more minutes until tender.
3. Add curry powder, flour and stir constantly for 5 minutes until ingredients are well mixed. Add chicken broth and water, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
4. Add stock cube, sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper and stir constantly until mixture starts boiling. Add chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Serve in a bowl with plain rice.
