Masha’allah said in his “On the Things of Eclipses of Luminaries, And of Conjunctions of Planet, And of Revolutions of Years” :

Jupiter a moist planet is posited near MC in both charts. In Aries Ingress chart, he is also in Scorpio, a moist sign, and is configured with Mercury in moist Pisces. And its following chart, which is the Cancer Ingress chart in this year, denote some torrential heavy rain too, since Jupiter in a moist sign is configured with torrential and stringent Mars and Saturn, and casts his rays on the Moon by opposition. It’s well-known that she is the most moist planet among the seven traditional planets. In such a case, the fact that the Sun is posited in moist Cancer is a mere appendix.
목성, 즉 습기 찬 행성이 두 차트에서 모두 남쪽 하늘 가까이에 있다. 양자리 인그레스 차트(한 해의 차트)에서 목성은 전갈자리, 축축한 사인에 있으면서, 역시 축축한 물고기자리의 수성과 빛을 나눈다. 그리고 그 밑의 차트, 즉 게자리 인그레스 차트(여름 차트)도 역시 많은 비가 오는 것을 나타내는데, 그것은 목성이 축축한 사인에서 폭포같고 가혹한 화성과 토성과 빛을 교환하고, 충(opposition)으로 달에 빛을 보내기 때문이다. 달이 일곱 행성(고전적 범주에서) 중 가장 습한 행성이라는 것은 잘 알려져 있다. 그런 경우에는, 태양이 축축한 게자리에 위치하고 있다는 사실은 사족에 불과하다.
In sum, we conclude that the area in which these horoscopes are casted would suffer very heavy rainfall in this summer. And, we’ve already known the partial outcome!
요컨대, 이번 여름에 이 차트를 뽑은 지역(서울)에서 (평년에 비해) 아주 많은 비를 경험하게 될 것이다. 그리고, 우리는 이미 그 결과를 조금 경험했다!
