하나는 두 남자가 등이 붙은것 같은 모양으로
태양의 아이라고 불렸었지.
지구의 아이 역시 비슷한 모양과 사이즈 였는데
두 여자가 하나로 합쳐진 모습이었어.
그리고 달의 아이들은 숫가락에 포크가 겹쳐진 모양으로
한쪽은 태양 한쪽은 지구 즉, 한쪽은 딸 한 쪽은 아들이었어.
어느날 신들은 인간의 힘과 반항성에 꽤나 겁을 먹게 되었지.
그때, 토르신이 말했어.
"내가 거인족을 죽였던 것 처럼, 내 망치로 전부 몰살시키리라."
그러자, 제우스가 말했지
"아냐, 내게 맡겨. 내가 고래의 발을 자르고
공룡을 잘게 썰어 도마뱀을 만든 것 처럼
내 번개를 가위처럼 써줄테니까."
그러더니 벼락을 몇개 집어들고 큰 웃음 한번 내 뱉고는
이렇게 말했어.
"딱 중간을 쪼개 주리라."
그리고는 폭풍이 하늘위에 모이더니 거대한 불덩이가 되었어.
그리고 불이 벼락이 되어 하늘로 부터 쏘아졌지.
마치 빛나는 칼날 처럼 찢고 뜯어 버린거야.
그 불이 태양과 달과 지구의 아이들의 살을..
