사람마다 나이, 직업, 신체조건 등에 따라 하루 권장 칼로리가 다르겠지만 성인들은 평균 2,000cal로 알려져 있다.

원문에는 Cal라고 되어 있지만 네이버 검색을 해보면 한국 성인 1일 권장 칼로리는 대략 2,000 KCal라고 되어 있습니다.

어느것이 맞고 아니고가 아니라 일반적으로 칼로리라고 하면 기본적인 단위가 KCal라고 한답니다. 그래서 편의상 그냥 칼로리라 말하는 것이 아닌가 봅니다. 정확하게 2,000 KCal가 맞다면 위에 제시된 200cal 가 아니라 200KCal가 맞다고 봐야 겠지요.
