플라이 투 더 스카이의 '남자답게'를 기억 한다면 그들의 변화에 이미 익숙해 졌다는 것이다. 2006년 최고의 앨범으로 평가 받았던 'Transition' 으로 변신에 성공한 플리 투 더 스카이 두 남자가 이번에는 남성의 섬세한 사랑의 감정 변화를 담아 낸 그들의 새로운 음반을 발매 한다. 이번 앨범에서 그들은 지난 변화의 성공에 머무르지 않고 한계점을 넘어선 변화를 시도했다. 그래서 그들의 앨범은 'No Limitations'이다.

더 이상 거론할 필요도 없는 플라이 투 더 스카이의 수준 높은 보컬은 더욱 성장하여 여름에 어울리는 시원함을 주는 곡부터 여름의 우울을 담아내는 아련한 감정의 곡까지 모두를 군더더기 없이 깔끔하게 다듬어진 보컬로 완벽히 소화해냈다. 최고의 작곡가로서, 그리고 플라이 투 더 스카이의 든든한 버팀목으로 자리하고 있던 조규만과 지난 앨범을 성공으로 이끌었던 황세준이 뭉쳐 프로듀서가 되었다. 뿐만 아니라 작곡가 조규만, 조규찬, PJ, 하정호 등의 작곡가들과 강은경, 최갑원, 홍지유 등 작사가들과 함께 다양한 사랑의 감정을 담은 음악을 만들어 냈다. 더욱이 이 앨범에는 그동안 감춰 두었던 플라이 투 더 스카이 두 사람의 작곡 실력을 담은 곡도 담겨 있다.

타이틀 곡은 신예 작곡가 강화성의 곡 'My angel'로 현악기의 부드러운 선율 위에 사랑의 그리움을 담은 정통 발라드 곡이다. 플라이 투 더 스카이 두 사람의 목소리가 가진 장점의 조화가 가장 돋보이는 곡이며, 절제된 감성이 일품인 곡이다. 특히 작곡가로도 유명한 조규만이 직접 가사를 지어 사랑의 애절한 감정을 잘 담아 내었다.
