Today, there is an attempt of Northeast Project of the Chinese Academy of Social Science to absorb all the history in Manchuria,overcoming all the commonly accepted in North East Asia, because the PRC covers now the territory of most Manchuria. However, the approach should not ignore the histories of the other peoples:Korean, Manchurian and Mongolian. The history should be written in even and fair terms.

 

Korean ancient countries, China ancient countries and Manchurian countries ,such as Khtan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty, had reigned the Manchuria territory and influenced each other in the long term of history. Until the Song Dynasty in China, the Korean ancient countries such as Gojoseon,Buyeo,Goguryeo,Balhae and ,in controversial,Mohe,had reigned over the Manchuria. During the Song Dynasty in China, the Khitan set up the Liao dynasty in Manchuria.
