At the end of each quarter, we will issue a letter informing you of your points earned. To claim your gift voucher, please present (on the date and time specified in the letter) the following documents at King Power Member Club, Floor 2 King Power Duty Free Mall:
Advice letter of points accumulated Photocopy of your Thai ID or passport, signed true and correct copy Photocopy (front and back) of your King Power membership card, signed true and correct copy In case of representative, please state their first and last name on your identification along with the above documents. The representative must present a photocopy of their personal ID.Please note that points will expire at end of year but the great news is that your King Power card is still valid when you use your Gift Voucher at all King Power stores (except for Chiang Mai, Phuket and Had Yai International airports).

Please note that we will round down the amount for example; if your first purchase is 24,650 baht, you will receive a gift voucher valued at 7,390 baht).
