Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens

장미 꽃잎의 빗방울과  고양이들의 작은수
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens

밝은 양철 주전자들과 따스한 털 장갑들
Brown paper packages tied up with strings

실들로 묶여져있는 갈색 종이뭉치들
These are a few of my favorite things
이것들이 내가 좋아하는것들 중 몇가지

 

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple strudels

크림색의 말들과 바삭바삭한 사과과자
Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles

초인종들과 종들  그리고 국수와 함께 먹는 슈니첼
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings

 자신의 날개에 달빛을 안고 날아가는 기러기
These are a few of my favorite things
이것들이 내가 좋아하는것들 중 몇가지

 

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes

푸른 공단 허리띠를 맨 하얀 드레스를 입은 소녀
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes

 내 코와 속눈썹에 위에 머무는 눈송이
Silver white winters that melt into springs

 봄으로 녹아내리는 은백색 겨울
These are a few of my favorite things
이것들이 내가 좋아하는것들 중 몇가지

 

When the dog bites

 개가 물었을때나
When the bee stings

벌이 쏘았을때나
When I'm feeling sad

슬픔을 느낄때도

I simply remember my favorite things
좋아하는것들을 떠올리면

And then I don't feel so bad
기분이 좋아지지
