Q. "Why can't a fifth of Americans locate USA on a world map?"

미국인 중 5분의 1이 세계지도에서 미국을 찾지 못한다고 합니다. 왜 그럴까요?



A. "I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps, and, uh, I believe that our education like such as in South Africa and, uh, the Iraq everywhere like, such as and I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., er, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children."



제 생각에 미국인들이 그렇게 하지 못하는 이유는, 음,

미국에는 지도를 가지고 있지 않은 사람들이 있기 때문입니다...

그리고, 음, 우리나라의 교육이 남아프리카나 이라크, 뭐 그런 나라들과 같아서...
그들이 우리의 교육을 돕고, 미국의 교육이 미국을 돕고(!?),
남아프리카나 아시아 나라들을 도와주어서
우리 아이들의 미래를 만들어 주어야 한다고 생각합니다.
