약간 속은 듯한 느낌이 드는 와인.. ㅜㅜ

솔직히 궁금해서 구입했다. 90점을 받았다길래...

근데.. 이건... 스크류캡인건 좋은데 안돌려져서 결국 칼로 조심조심 돌려서 겨우 땄건만.. 첫향은 뭔가 좀 인위적인 느낌의 향들이었다..

꼭!! 따면 되도록 빨리 마실것! 맛이 금방 변해버렸다.. 안좋게.. ㅜㅜ

The Black Chook is sourced from two of the best known wine growing regions in South Australia, namely McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. McLaren Vale is known for it's consistent, Mediterranean-type climate and Langhorne Creek characteristically produces Shiraz that is spicy, flavorful and elegant. Co-fermenting small amounts of Viognier skins with Shiraz adds a wonderful apricot perfume, at the same time as intensifying the deep rich color and velvety mouthfeel of the wine.

As the bigger sibling of Woop Woop, the Black Chook once again represents a collaboration between Ben Riggs the wine maker at Penny's Hill, and Tony Parkinson, proprietor of Penny's Hill.
