부드러우며 무난한 와인이었다.
전골, 수육, 포크 바베큐 립, 꼬치구이, 브뤼치즈, 안심요리와 잘 어울린다.
Fermentation in open steel tanks for 7 days. After pressing, the wine was settled and underwent malo-lactic fermentation in the tanks. It was then matured in 300 litre Nevers oak casks for 18 months and for 2 years in the bottle before release.
Up to 12 years, provided wine is stored in ideal cellar conditions
