you probably come in contact with

hundreds..and thousands..of people everyday.

whether it's  the random person 

you happen to step into the elevator with..

whom you'll probably never get to know the name of

or bump into ever again.

and then there's that boy in class

you always happen to sit next to..

you know his name and borrowed his pen once

but once the semester is over,

you'll probably never see him again either.

and of course, there's your personal, social network

comprised of lovers, friends, family,

classmates, or co-workers

you encounter everyday..and those people

that truly make you who you are.

but...how intimate are those relationships?

you may have encountered so many people

and shared so many intimate relationships

but when it comes down to how many of those people

you can actually cry in front of...

there's probably very few..or just one...or probably

no one.

...aren't there are just those days when...

you want to cringe up your face and weep like it's the end of the world..
