8 teal noodles, 4 teal shrimps, 1 sea cucumber, 3 teal meat sliced, 4 black mushrooms, green vegetables, bean peas, 2 green onion, 2 pieces ginger, 6 cups of broth, 1 Tbsp. wine.
Seasoning:
(A) 1 Tbsp. soysauce, 1 tbsp corn starch.
(B) 1 tbsp. soysauce, chicken powder, salt.
(C) pepper, sesame oil.
Methods:
(1) Cut the hulls of black mushrooms and slice, cut green onions to pieces, keep the tendons of bean peas out.
(2) Pickle meat sliced with (A) for 5 minutes.
(3) keep the intestines of shrimps out, clean with salt, cut from the back, keep them dry, stir with corn starch.
(4) Keep t he internal organs of sea cucumber out cook with green onion, ginger, water, wine for 5 minutes, strain.
(5) Cook noodles.
(6) Heat oil, fry black mushrooms, meat sliced, bean peas, green onion, sea cucumber, add shrimps, broth and (B) till boiled, put noodles, (C) in, then serve.
