I made some Korean style warm noodles today.
It's called "잔치국수" in Korean.
1. You have boil some water to cook the noodle.
Just like when you cook spaghetti,
you should put some oil and salt in water before it boils
and then put the noodles in.
This will prevent the noodles from
sticking together.
2. Chop up some vegetables.
You want them in long pieces.
mushrooms, and dried laver.
I also seperated the yolk from the whites to fry them seperately and then slice them into long pieces.
So here are the vegetables and eggs that will go on the noodles.
3. The key to this dish is the sauce.
You can make this easily.
Some soy sauce + sesame oil + red pepper power + chopped green onion + minced garlic + chopped green pepper
4. To make the soup,
you boil some water with chopped green pepper
(the hotter the better) and two or three anchovies.
5. Put some noodles in a bowl first,
then put the vegetables and eggs on the noodle.
Pour some soup in and then put the sauce as much as you want.
Enjoy!
