Italian Eggplant. It will melt in your mouth!

I haven't posted anything for awhile,

so I thought I needed to introduce something really special.

 

I decided to make some Italian eggplant. 

I like eggplants, but if you don't cook it right,

it's hard to eat them as much as you should.

 

1. Shred some bread. 

It could be any kinds of bread.

 

2. I put some sliced seseme leaves, an egg,

and pizza cheese in it,

but you can put ANYTHING you like. 

The more the better.

 

3.  Mix the ingredients together.

This will be the filling.

 

4. Cut your eggplants and dig out the inside.

I used the inside for the sauce later.

 

5.  Stuff the eggplants with the fillings. 

I stuffed it so full as to make it pop!

 

6.  Just for extra, I put the fillers inside half a bell pepper.

 

7.  Put enough oil and heat it up in a pan.

 

8.  Put the eggplants and bell pepper in it and fry it quickly.

Try to put some hot oil on top with a spoon as well.

 

9.  After you take out the eggplants and bell pepper

(they don't need to be cooked through),

in that oil, put some minced garlic,

eggplant insides, and sliced tomatoes.

 

10.  This is your sauce.

 

11. Put the eggplants and bell pepper in the sauce

and cook them.

 

12.  As you cook, put the sauce on top to cook them well.

Cook until your eggplant is so cooked that it comes off.

 

 

Here it is on a plate!

 

I had it with the French eggplant that I posted last time

and some wine.
