We cannot understand the decision of judge in this Women's 3000m relay. The judge said that the South Korea player hit Chinese player so he disqualified us as winner. However, we replayed the scene when two players had a crash slowly, we found out that the source of conflict was CHINESE player, not the KOREAN player. First, South Korea player did cornering as the incourse. She was faster than the Chinese player and was focusing on her play. She was swinging her arms to go forward. But Chinese player was too close to Korean player even though Chinese player was in the outside, so she bumped against Korean player. Chinese player was behind the Korean player so she was able to avoid bumping. Therefore, we, South Korea think that this collision is fault of Chinese rather than Korea, so the disqualification of Korea is wrong. If not, we want IOC to explain the acceptable reason officially why Korea is disqualified in this game. 

Outrunning is always allowed in any single races. However, since the overtaken player do not make an unreasonable action against the player in the back, all the responsibility of interruptions and collisions are up to the player who are trying to overtake the lead. 

We won the game, only the judges did not admit it.

이번 여자 쇼트트랙 계주에서 심판의 판정은 이해할 수가 없다.심판은 한국 선수가 중국 선수를 쳤다고 판정을 내려 한국에 실격을 주었다고 했다.그러나 한국 선수와 중국 선수 사이에 충돌이 있던 장면을 몇번이나 느린 영상으로 보았지만그 때 충돌의 원인은 한국 선수가 아닌 중국 선수라는 생각이 들뿐이다.우선 한국 선수는 인코스를 타고 먼저 코너링을 시작했다.한국 선수는 중국 선수보다 한발 앞서있었고 한국 선수는 본인의 경기만을 하고 있었다.(본인의 경기에 집중하고 있었다)한국 선수는 앞으로 나아가기 위해 팔을 젓는 상황이었다.중국 선수는 한국 선수보다 바깥 쪽에 있었음에도 불구하고 지나치게 한국 선수에게 붙어있었고그로인해 중국 선수는 한국 선수에게 부딪힐 수 밖에 없던 상황이었다.중국 선수는 한국 선수의 뒤에서 한국 선수를 볼 수 있는 입장으로 그러한 상황은 충분히 피할 수 있었을 것이다.따라서 이때의 충돌은 오히려 중국에 있으므로 한국을 실격 처리한 이번 판정을 잘못되었다고 생각한다.그것이 아니라면 IOC 측에서 한국이 충분히 납득할 만한 이유를 공식적으로 발표해 주길 바란다.

ISU규정집규칙 292조추월은 항상 허용되지만, 추월당하는 선수가 부당한 행위를 하지 않는 한,모든 방해 및 충돌의 책임은 추월을 시도하는 선수가 진다이 규정집을 보아하면 책임은 우리 대한민국 선수가 아닌 순린린선수에게 책임이 있는데심판은 오히려 왜 우리에게 실격을 줬는지 그 이유 또한 알 리 없다.

우리는 경기에서 이겼다. 다만 심판들이 인정하지 않을 뿐이다
