Could you send email to related personnels of US Gov., persuading them to apply same criterion of cow meat export to US internal distribution one?

I am Korean. Nowadays, there is not a little problem related to cow meat export from US to Korea. US is trying to export cow meat with worse criterion than within US to Korea, which include cow meat over 20 months below 30 months old cow meat and include cow eye, back bone, tail bone, not like US internal criterion which include only fresh cow meat with below 20 months old. Considering that young cow meat is also dangerous potentially, at least US Government need to apply same criterion to cow meat for exporting. Of course, US Government’s strong and stiff confrontation to abolish all the cows with crazy symptom essentially, including all the fodders made from animal meat like UK is needed. Anyway, Could you send such email to related personnel of US Government, persuading them to make same cow meat export criterion to internal distribution one? Thanks beforehead.
