Amanda Seyfried plays the lead role in porn biopic Lovelace and the actress has now linked her latest flick to her working history, joking that out of all her former film roles, Les Miserables would be the "perfect for a pornographic makeover."
The 27 year old star plays the role of romantic Cosette in the adaptation of the stage musical and has said that things could be "spiced up" with her character's adoptive father in the Oscar-winning movie.
"Ooh, I think Les Mis would be a really good porn parody. Ah, that would be amazing!" she said in an interview with GQ.
"In fact Hugh [Jackman] and I [created] this parallel relationship that our characters had where they were sexually active," she says, adding: "There was a lot of sexual tension between his daughter and him – we made fun of that. We made it fun because live singing is just a pickle."
Amanda was also presented with a copy of One Direction cutie Harry Styles' latest GQ cover, in which she said: "I feel like a pervert even looking at this," adding: "He’s kinda handsome I guess."
Meanwhile, Seyfried has been romantically linked to Justin Long recently, with numerous sources claiming that the Mama Mia star and Long are enjoying a secret romance, after they were spotted looking close at the premiere of Amanda's new film last week.
It looks like if the rumours are true, Amanda and her new man aren't doing much to hide their blossoming relationship as eyewitnesses reportedly spotted them enjoying a loved-up dinner on Thursday.
According to E! News Amanda and Justin, who previously dated Drew Barrymore, were seen having dinner at Cecconi's, an Italian restaurant in West Hollywood.
"They seemed like they were on a third or fourth date, smiley but still seemed to be getting to know each other," a fellow diner claims.
The pair apparently talked the "entire time" at dinner, with both enjoying glasses of white wine.
The sighting follows a report from US Weekly, where a source claimed the duo "stayed close" all evening at Amanda's Lovelace premiere in LA on July 30th.

During a recent interview with Esquire, Amanda Seyfried took prescr1ption pills (birth control and Lexapro, an antidepressant). This seemingly simple act prompted a reaction post on Jezebel that I wouldn’t have ever expected — that many women would consider taking pills in public taboo. Shake me from my liberal hippie tree (I don’t know, do hippies live in trees?), but I had no idea that people can still be scandalized by a young woman taking prescribed medication in public. Is the issue that Amanda’s taking prescr1ption drugs in public, or what kind of prescr1ption drugs she’s taking in public?
The fact that a 24-year-old woman is taking birth control as preventative measure to avoid having a kid she’s not prepared for (among the myriad of other reasons birth control can be prescribed for) should not be scandalous in any way. Plus, you’ve gotta take those suckers at the same time every day, regardless of if that time occurs during an interview with a national magazine.
Or are people reacting to the fact that Amanda took an antidepressant? I do realize not everyone is as open as my family about mental illness and the corresponding drugs they’re treated with, but I would think that by 2010, people would at least have come to terms with the fact that depression and anxiety are true, clinical problems that occasionally need to be treated with drugs.
(I don’t even want to get into the whole over-prescr1ption/misdiagnosis problem in America — which I believe does exist, see Corey Haim or Brittany Murphy for sad, recent examples — I am only referring to the responsible, legitimate usage of prescr1ption drugs to treat real problems.)
When I read Amanda’s interview, the part where she took her pills didn’t even register as weird to me. It seemed so completely normal that I was taken by surprise when I read the Jezebel post. I have no problem with taking prescr1ption drugs in public — I was recently stricken with a persistent case of strep throat, and had to take antibiotics with my meals three times a day for over a month. What was I going to do, head to the bathroom and swallow my pill? That would’ve made it seem so illicit.
Were you shocked that Amanda was so open about taking her prescr1ption drugs in public? Is that something you would’ve done?

Well she’s not alive, but her name would have been Linda. And then I have an owl named Beatrix and I have a few butterflies," she added. "I'm just getting started. It's just the beginning."
And right after Conan jokes that he's going to call the police, the late night host, who's contract with TBS just got renewed for another two years, tells her about a little creature who she just might like to keep.
"We have the coolest taxidermy animal of all time that we’ve used on our show throughout the years. It’s a screeching raccoon with a jetpack," Conan told Amanda before showing her a clip of the raccoon in action on the show. "You like that? I will give it to you, on the air, your own taxidermied, jet-packed raccoon."

As Conan pulls the raccoon out to give to Amanda, she screams, "WHAT?! Shut up! I can't even… my mind is blown!" Then she proceeds to cuddle the (literally) stuffed animal and examine his body, telling Conan, "He's not well done." Weird, but so hilarious.

If there's anyone -- aside from his wife -- who knows Channing Tatum's romantic side, it's Amanda Seyfried.
The actress starred in the 2010 Nicholas Sparks flick "Dear John" with the actor, 32, who was recently named People's Sexiest Man Alive -- and Seyfried believes he has earned that title.
"Channing [Tatum] was amazing. He's a superstar," the 27-year-old "Les Miserables" star tells the January issue of InStyle magazine. "Everybody wants to have sex with him. And the only person he wants to have sex with is his wife, Jenna [Dewan-Tatum]. He's the most loyal husband," she adds.
Although her co-star is lucky in love, Seyfried admits she's not as fortunate when it comes to relationships. After ending things with her boyfriend of three years, Dominic Cooper, in 2010, Seyfried has dated a slew of Hollywood hunks, including Ryan Phillippe and Josh Hartnett.
Still, she confesses all her romances aren't that serious.
"The thing is, I can't date anybody without it being portrayed as a serious relationship in the tabloids. It sucks!" Seyfried explains to InStyle. "Like Josh Hartnett and I were friends; we hung out, we dated. I don't actually have sex with every male I come into contact with."
For now, Seyfried is focusing on her upcoming films rather than her male friends. "Les Miserables" hits theaters on Christmas day and "Lovelace," in which she plays porn star Linda Lovelace, comes out next year.

The actress revealed her Mamma Mia! co-star Colin Firth was the inspiration for the unusual tattoo.
She told Glamour magazine: '...Colin Firth used to say that word on set and Rachel (McDowell) had to explain to me what it meant.
'So it's on my foot. It's to make me laugh, and every time I look at it I do.'
Amanda and best friend Rachel McDowell, who was in Mamma Mia! both have the matching tattoos.
'I've never really been a fan of tattoos but I wanted to see what it felt like. Rachel has a lot of them.'
Seyfried added: 'I have a dirty sense of humour. I can be blunt and vulgar.'
Despite the tacky tattoo, Amanda, 24, still looked stunning in a glittering LBD as she cosied up to heartthrob and Dear John co-star Channing Tatum at the Kensington Odeon in West London.
The pair star in the movie version of the novel by acclaimed best-selling author Nicholas Sparks.
The low-budget film surprisingly knocked Avatar off top spot in the U.S. box office when it was released in February.

March 17 (UPI) -- Amanda Seyfried will cover the April edition of W, and dished about her sex scenes and more during her interview with the magazine.
The 28-year-old actress first came to fame on As the World Turns and All My Children, and had her breakout role as Karen Smith in 2004's Mean Girls. Seyfried's star has skyrocketed since, and she has recently appeared in such films as Mamma Mia!, Dear John, Les Misérables and Lovelace.
"I am most scared of being bored," the busy actress told W. "I was at a resort...and I thought, 'I should be loving this,' but I wasn't getting anything done, and that terrified me. When I feel like I'm not accomplishing anything, I feel like I failed the day."
Seyfried had spoken to the publication shortly after she returned from a rare vacation. She has worked nonstop in recent years, but enjoys acting and the perks that come with the job.
"Sex scenes are great," the actress said. "A lot of my costars have been sexy guys my age who are really respectful and cool. So, why not? I'm not going to pretend it's not fun."
The interview is not the first time Seyfried has dished about her intimate moments on film. The star had previously spoken to the same writer at W in a different interview, and said that she and Megan Fox "kissed really well together" during their steamy make-out session in 2009's Jennifer's Body. "We have similar kissing styles!" Seyfried said. "If I watch the scene, it's actually really sexy."
The actress will star in several upcoming movies, including Seth McFarlane's A Million Ways to Die in the West, and Noah Baumbach's While We're Young. Seyfried affirmed her commitment to film at the end of her interview with W.
"I'm at the mercy of my calling," the actress said of acting. "I'm addicted. Addicted and scared but never bored. I get to be other people all the time, and there's nothing dull about that."

Amanda Seyfried's first encounter with porn came at a very young age and the explicit material gave the future Lovelace star a very legitimate fear about sex.
"It was the first time I'd ever seen a penis, and I remember it being very graphic, and I remember when he came: it was so terrifying," Seyfried recalls in the August issue of GQ. Seeing her first porn at the tender age of 6, the star was taken aback when she watched a girl perform oral sex on "a guy dressed in a cop costume." She recalls, "It was funny. But it was also like, so, so, so wrong."

"It was 1990 or 1991, and so AIDS was really rampant," she continues. "Watching any kind of sexual acts when you're a six-year-old would make you think you were going to contract AIDS somehow."
Seyfried, who plays famous porn star Linda Lovelace in her latest movie, adds that for her, deciding to play the legendary porn star stemmed more from her desire to "play somebody real" than to play against type in a racier role.

"I needed a challenge -- that was the initial thing," she explains. But in playing the role, the 27-year-old actress says she became very conscious of the kind of message she was sending out to audiences.
"I think it's probably a bad idea for young boys to see how [women are] being depicted in men's fantasies. It could get very dark," she tells the magazine. "You could learn how to do things wrong."

In fact, she says, to prepare for her role, she opted not to watch the entirety of Deep Throat, the 1972 adult film that launched Lovelace into the mainstream.
