Hello. What I want to introduce to you today is biblio therapy. I think the word reading therapy will be very unfamiliar,  bibliotherapy is a generic term for treatment with books as a medium and refers to all reading-related activities aimed at psychological growth and psychological healing. This biblio therapy is an old concept in the field of literature and information that I'm interested in, I think it's a very positive technique in these days when there are many people who are emotionally unstable.
