Despite the anxiety and persistant persuation from international society, North Korea finally performed its noclear test. It's a frontal challenge against the International society that has steadily supported North Korea to maintain its people, and a sin against humanity. Against North Korea's nuclear weapon, some prominent countries including China and Russia are now in close cooperation to settle this serious situation in most appropriate and effective way.

 I think you're wondering why North Korea should never possess nuclear weapon while other countries such as Unites States, France and china already have it. So, I‘d like to tell you the reason why North Korea Should never own Nuclear Weapon.

It's a very simple question. It's just because North Korea that is totally different from the rational countries like S. Korea, Japan, and the countries involved in European Union. This is the first reason why north Korea sould not own nucleat weapon. In contrary to the countries mentioned above, North Korea is not a country that can be dealt with moderate and peaceful measure. North Korea has proven this fact during last 15years. From the late 80's, South Korea has tried to interact and communicate with North Korea. Thanks to the constant effort of South Korea, North Korea and South Korea managed to sign the denuclearization of Korea peninsula treaty. But, whenever South korea suggested discussion and cooperation, North Korea always asked for something like commodities, Food, construction materials, fertilizer etc. And South Korea always accepted its requirement without any compliant to avoid stimulating North Korea. But, when South Korea declined what North Korea asked for sometimes because it was too much to afford, North Korea has been apt to threaten South Korea with its unmodernized Weapons. In addition, it is found than North Korea doesn't use the subsidies for the starving people. In 1998, a North Korean submarine with frogmen was ashore on a reef in East sea. In the submarine, some canned corn and clothes that were supported from United States were found. This is also an evidence that North Korea is not a trust worthy country.

 In addition to the reason above, North korea's nuclear test will have bad effect on the economy of South Korea. Already from yesterday, KOSPI fell hard and this depression will be continued until the unstablity caused by the nuclear test of North Korea is solved.

 Another reason is that North Korea will be much more isolated than ever before. Many countries will keep North Korea from trade with foreign counties, and they will stop their support that was given for the people in North Korea. And, it is also possible that the international society takes strong military measure to make North Korea abandon its Nuclear weapon. Then, North Korea cannot help collapsing.

 On account of the reasons mentioned above, North Korea must abandon its nuclear weapon. Moreover, Kim Jung Il should give up being autocrat for the people in North Korea and should adopt democracy to survive in the era of grobalization.

To survive, and to keep the peace of not only North-East Asia, but also that of the world, Giving up nuclear weapon is not an option, but must for North Korea.
