Seaweed Wraped Rice
i'll show u the standard seaweed wraped rice.
(u can find this one as a Korean style sushi on menu.)
Ingredients :
white rice (i eat Kyungki rice - most cheap and delicious)
dry seaweed
ham (or caned tuna)
imitation crab
egg
yellow radish
cocklebur
(+ semame leaf)
Direction :
1. Steam rice - use a rice cooker, so simple
but note the amount of water
2. prepare contents of seaweed wrap rice
- cut into thin strips of ingredients
- grill strips of ham on the skillet, cook until evenly brown
- whisk the eggs with salt a lttle bit, cook until thickened
- cut imitation crab, yellow radish and cocklebur
into thin strip (i bought strips of radish & cocklebur kk^^)
3. Place the seaweed sheet on a bamboo rolling mat.
Spread the rice evenly on the seaweed remaining without rice
at one end of seaweed, roughly 4 cm
4. Place other ingredients on middle of the rice
then Roll tightly and neatly
i dont need worry about my lunch anymore kk^^
next time i'm gonna introduce a cabbage wrap rice to u.
i already cooked it once, it's really mouthwatering delicious.
