"God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You" is the third single released from *NSYNC's Europe/US self-titled debut album. While the previous singles were released in Europe, this one was not, and subsequently only charted in Australia and the US, reaching #46 in Australia and #8 in the US. The single included a live version of Christopher Cross' "Sailing," as well as a limited edition postcard and the single's video.
A country version of the song was released shortly after the original, and featured country stars Alabama. The country version peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts, and was Alabama's last Top 10 single on that chart.
'N Sync serenaded their co-host, Kathy Griffin, with this song at the 2000 Billboard Awards.
This single is also included on 'N Sync's Greatest Hits and on the first Totally Hits album.
