그러므로 우리는 낙심하지 않습니다.

우리의 겉사람은 점점 낡아지지만 우리의

속사람은 날마다 새로워지고 있습니다.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though

outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly

we are being renewed day by day.

우리가 지금 겪고 있는 가벼운 환난은 장차

우리가 받게 될 영원하고 한량없이 큰 영광을

가져다 줍니다.

For our light and momentary troubles are

achieving for us an eternal glory that far

outweighs them all.

우리는 보이는 것들에 시선을 고정시키는것이

아니라 보이지 않는 것들에 시선을 고정합니다.

이는 보이는것은 한순간이지만 보이지 않는 것은

영원하기 때문입니다.

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but

on what is unseen. For what is seen is

temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
