1. "마음을 다해 하나님을 사랑하라"

우리는 하나님의 기쁨을 위해 지음 받았고, 그래서 우리의 목적은 예배(worship)를 통해 하나님을 사랑하는 것이다.

You were planned for God's pleasure, so your purpose is to love God through worship.

2. "네 이웃을 네 몸과 같이 사랑하라"

우리는 섬김을 위해 지음받았고, 그래서 우리의 목적은 사역(ministry)을 통해 다른 시람들에게 사랑을 보여주는 것이다.

You were shaped for serving, so your purpose is to show love for others through ministry.

3. "가서 모든 족속으로 제자를 삼아라"

우리는 사명을 가지고 태어났고, 그래서 우리의 목적은 전도(evangelism)을 통해 하나님의 메시지를 나누는 것이다.

You were made for a mission, so your purpose is to share God's message through evangelism.

4. '아버지와 아들과 성령의 이름으로 세례를 주라"

우리는 하나님의 가족이 되었고, 그래서 우리의 목적은 교제(fellowship)를 통해 그분의 교회와 하나가 되는 것이다.

You were formed for God's family, so your purpose is to identify with his church through fellowship.

5. "내가 너희에게 분부한 모든 것을 가르쳐 지키게 하라"

우리는 그리스도를 닮아가도록 지음받았고, 그래서 우리의 목적은 제자도(discipleship)를 통해 성숙하게 성장하는 것이다.

You were created to become like Christ, so your purpose is to grow to maturity through discipleship
