I wanted something spicy,
so I made a Sujebi,
a Korean soup with dough flakes.
1. You have to make a dough
with some flour and salt water.
The salt water makes the dough chewy.

Mix the four and salt water,
then put the dough into a plastic bag
and let it brethe for 20-30 minutes.
That way, the dough will soak in the moisture.
2. Boil some water with anchovies and some chopped pepper.
This will be your soup.

3. After about 30 minutes,
make the dough into small and thin flakes.

4. I forgot to take pictures of chopped vegetables.
I used squash, poptoes, and onions.
Put all the ingredients in the soup and boil it.

5. While the soup is boiling, make the sauce
that will make the soup spicy.

You just need to mix some red pepper powder,
little bit of soy sauce, seseme oil, and minced garlic.
After you put the sauce in, the soup should look like this.

Sujebi is so delicious! Try it on your own!
