An irregular-shaped courtyard in the centre of the building

provides natural light and can be accessed

from all floors by glazed elevators.

중정형의 불규척정인 형상의 빌딩 중앙부는

자연광을 분배해주고 유리로된 엘리베이터로

층간을 연결 시켜준다

The walls of the courtyard are made up of continuous panes of glass,

making all the interior spaces visible to each other.

벽은 연속으로된 유리창으로 구성되었으며,

서로간의 공간이 보여질 수 있도록 모두 인테리어 하였다.

The exterior façade is clad in a perforated steel plate,

 which provides solar protection but allows light to enter the interior spaces.

외장은 구멍이 뚤린 철판으로 입혀져 있고,

이는 태양열로 부터 보호하면서도

내부로 빛이 들어올 수 있도록 한다.

The building is located in an industrial area of Madrid

which has been under a process of transformation over the past few years

in which the old industrial premises are being replaced by new buildings of mixed use,

housing new activities like small firms of software development, design or film production.

 이 건물은 마드리드의 산업구역에 위치해 있으며,

과거 몇년동안 오래된 산업구역에 새로운 복합건물인

소프트개발, 디자인, 영화제작사와 같은 소규모 회사로 변화하는 과정에 있었다

This industrial environment is reflected in the materials used on this project

: glass and perforated steel plate

The building assumes a relatively compact shape that stretches out and occupies the depth of the plot.

이 프로젝트에서 건축재료에 이 산업환경을 반영시켰다.

: 유리와 천공한 철판

이 건물은 비교적 컴팩트한 모형으로 좁은 공간을 최대한 사용 하였다.

All the service spaces are lined along the North wall,

facing the adjacent building.

모든 여부 공간은 남쪽 벽에 따라 줄 서 있고,

가까운 건물과 접면 하고 있다.
